-Small seasonal pool

GUEST ACCESS

Certain closets are locked and are not to be entered into. Otherwise, you have access to the entire unit and grounds. Do not go under other units. Do not enter private areas of the docks. The boardwalk down to seating area may be used by guests.

-You will be asked to send a photo of a valid ID matching the name of the individual making the reservation. Ghost reservations are not permitted.
-Pets are NOT permitted.
-Guest Count Is Limited To 7 Guests (this number includes children).
