Perfect Beach Cottage

We enjoyed our stay at the Stutzman Beach Cottage so much! It really was perfect for our beach vacation. The house was very clean and well-maintained. Short distance to the beach. We’ve already talked about staying here again on our next trip!

Great Place!

The house is very nicely furnished. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Great location and nice neighbors. Loved it here. Best PCB vacation ever! The grandkids loved the backyard when they came to visit. We did not use the golf cart because we like to walk and the beach access is just down the street but the cart is a nice touch. Would stay here again for sure!

Wonderful vacation in a great cottage!

My family and I could have not been more pleased with this rental. It had more than enough room for my wife, daughter and I and could have fit few more people with if needed. It was VERY clean, nicely decorated and in a great location. The golf cart was a wonderful bonus. A 2 minute drive to the beach and we were in the water. The area was great and we even got to know some of the neighbors who live there. If you are weighing your options with other locations, be assured that you an your family will be very pleased with this house. I will be back again next year for sure.

We Enjoyed Our Stay at Stutsman Family Cottage

This is a nice little house 2 blocks from the Gulf of Mexico white sand beaches. We had a family get together consisting of 4 adults and 4 children and we all fit nicely. The house is clean and tidy. The wifi works great as whenever we were all in everyone seemed to be on their devices. My wife and the kids enjoyed taking the golf cart to the beach. There are beach chairs and toys that came in handy. The Carousel grocery store is less than a mile and Thomas donut shop just another 2 blocks away. One could walk to get all the necessities. We found Buddy's Seafood to be a good place to get fresh seafood and the grill came in handy for cooking the shrimp and fish. More shopping and other attractions are just a short drive away. Nice quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors who made us feel at home. The house is nicely furnished at meal time everyone had a place to sit and our only complaint would be the dollar store silverware. I'm going to miss sitting outdoors in the back soaking up the morning sunshine and warm temps. We really enjoyed our stay and this cottage will be on our list of favorite places to visit.

Great little beach house

We had a great time on vacation! This place has everything you need. We normally stay in condos, but tried something different this year. We loved the easy beach access. Will definitely be back!

Just right

This is a great little house, nicely redone, and at a great price. Comfortable beds and furniture. Not too far to the beach in a quiet, settled community. Quick and easy trip to the beach with the golf cart. Multiple public beach accesses straight ahead down the street. We would not hesitate to rent this house again. Description and pictures are very good. No surprises. Owner has thought of everything you might need! Laguna Beach is so nice and quiet, away from the busy Panama City Beach area. No high rises or busy streets, just family beach houses and small condo units--but close enough to grociery stores and PCB restaurants.

Beware of cameras and nosey neighbors!

To start the property was nice and in a quite neighborhood and close to the beach. The golf cart was perfect for transporting to and from the beach. The place is clean and as advertised. That's where it went south. On our way down we were emailed the entry code and told of cameras at the premises which is a first for me and not listed in the property details. As a property owner I could understand but as a family on vacation its definitely different not being able to go outside without someone able to see your every move. We usually vacation with my family, different rooms but close by and enjoy the week together. We do most meals together either at restaurants or at our rooms. That has never been an issue until this year when I see a neighbor peeking around the fence. As soon as my family pulls up to the house. Shortly after I recieve a text mentioning a party and threatening charges and everyone not renting must leave the property. If it were a party I'd understand. but when its family coming by for dinner... no music, no alcohol, no smoking., not even loud talking. Simply family with young children coming to eat a meal and go back to their condo all at 9:00 in the evening. To be threatened becomes an issue. A phone call back to the owner and explaining the situation allowed everyone to be able to eat but was told to have everyone out by 10:30. Which was done. Reguardless, I'm on vacation and there is usually no schedule for my family. Simply enjoy the week with each other. So If you want a place where you can enjoy a vacation and not worry about nitpicking and nosey neighbors watching every move....It would be better to pick another spot. If you want privacy you may want another spot. If you dont mind these things it's not a bad place to spend the week.

Very clean and only 2 blocks from the beach. The beach was very relaxing and lots of things to do with in a 5 miles distance. This place is for all ages.

Wonderful!!

The cottage is wonderful and very true to the photos on the listing. It is very spacious and has a super nice full kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and so was the couch and loveseat. The fenced back yard was great for our dogs. The golf cart was an added bonus. The location is close to the beach. I would definitely stay here again and plan to visit again soon! The owners are super friendly and helpful!

Very nice home, good location

We had a nice stay. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Took the golf cart out once, weather wasn’t real cooperative, but it was nice to take to the beach, just a few blocks. We would recommend this property.

Wonderful Vacation!

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful house for the week. It was plenty big for our 6 adults and 1 child. The owners are wonderful. They are easy to communicate with and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The golf cart was a great bonus! We loved using it to travel to the beach with. We look forward to renting this house next year for our vacation!

Great home! Great location!

We stayed for 7 nights. We ran into a couple of problems at the beginning. The owners were prompt to take care of the problems. We are thankful for a nice place to stay! The golf cart saved us steps and was great to get to and from the beach! Great neighborhood and nice beaches that are not busy! House was great there were 7 of us that stayed and we were very comfortable! Pictures don't do justice for this cute 3 bedroom 2 bath house! You will have to stay to understand what I am talking about! Thanks for the great vacation and we look forward to returning in the future!

Wonderful Beach Place!

This is a wonderful place to stay. I brought my 16-year-old son, mother-in-law, husband and dachshund for a week at the end of June 2017. Plenty of room for us all. The beds were very comfortable and the house is in great shape. It is obvious that the homeowners take great care of the home. One of the renters prior to us washed some pants with a penny in the pocket and this clogged the washing machine drain and left a pool of water on the floor. Mr. Dave had it taken care of for us right away. Super easy to work with and didn't even ask us to stay for the repair person! This is a great couple to work with. The only thing I would suggest is to bring a few blankets or quilts. Those black couches are leather and I worried about damaging them so we tossed some blankets over them for protection. The golf cart was so much fun to use. We rode to the beach every day we were there. When I come back to PCB I will stay here. Nice quiet part of the beach with some great sand bars to explore. Beautiful shells. Close to grocery shopping so you could stay out of the traffic and bustle or you can choose to be a part of it. Thanks Dave and Arlene for sharing your place!!

Amazing experience in a beautiful beach cottage!!!

This was one of our favorite places we've stayed while on vacation and my family and I come to Panama City Beach at least 2 times a year. I loved that it was pet friendly and still the home was super clean and beautiful. I have 3 boys ages 3, 9, 11, and they loved the fenced in back yard and the golf cart. The beds were soo comfortable! The owners were so nice and very accommodating. There is plenty of room for parking and they have a little building that has everything you need for the beach. You can tell that the owners, Dave and Arlene really do want you to have the best vacation. I really can't say enough about how happy we were with our stay! My family and I have definitely found our permanent vacation rental. Thanks again for a great experience and beautiful memories with my family.

This cottage is amazing! We had a family vacation here with 5 adults and 4 grandchildren (one was only 4 moths old). This cottage has everything! WiFi was a treat. 4 flat screen TVs; in each bedroom and in the living room. Kitchen has plenty of plates and coffee cups! Although this was not listed... All the beds have Temperpedic type mattresses; even the bunk beds. Awesome!! This is unheard of in a vacation rental. The dining room table is large enough for 8. Although it states a 6 seat dining table, there are 2 extra matching chairs in the bedrooms plus 4 bar stools. The outside hose is perfect to rinse off those little feet upon return from the beach. The kids actually loved the hosing off. It is a short walk to the beach and we did make the walk the first day, just to check out the neighborhood. After that we used the golf cart. The Golf cart is a 3 bench seat cart. Although it is listed as a 6 passaenger cart, it easily seats a child between 2 adults on each seat. We all enjoyed the golf cart. Street signs are posted for a 'golf cart friendly community.' We enjoyed that experience. Our 4 year old grandson squealed "weeeee" with delight on every trip to and from the beach. There is a 3-4 car parking spot next to the beach access. We were able to drive the golf cart right to the beach access and leave it there the whole time we were on the beach. (Of course you must take the key with you). There is a large locked shed at the back of the concrete driveway to store and lock up the golf cart each night. There are many items in that shed to use. Beach chairs, beach sand toys, boogie boards... Arlene is a delight to work with. She responds quickly and is a gracious owner. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. Everyone was friendly and sociable in the neighborhood. It is a quiet neighborhood. The front door has a coded door lock. You can easily access the house without having to worry about having a key to the deadbolt (just remember not to lock the door knob). There were more than enough bath towels. Sheets were soft and pillows were good. This was an amazing cottage. I can't say enough about it. We have stayed in many places, as we have vacationed twice each year for the past 35 years. This place ranks in the top 1%.

Family time

Had an extremely good time at this place located close to all the attractions but yet far enough away from all the big commercial attractions beaches are great the food is excellent would highly recommend it to anyone
