We are a smoke free home, inside & outside. Quiet country feel with relaxed back porch seating, yet less than 10 minutes from Springfield, Ozark, Nixa and Rogersville. 35 minutes from Branson. Various attractions: Silver Dollar City, Bass Pro, Wonders Of Wildlife, Nature Center, Multiple Parks, Lamberts, Downtown restaurants and shopping. A master suite with private setting room, attached bathroom and walking closet. A mini suite with attached bathroom and walking closet. A bedroom with adjacent hallway full bathroom. All rooms have a queen adjustable bed and Roku TVs. Living room has a gas fireplace with TV mounted above. Dining room that seats six. Coffee bar and full laundry room. Kitchen equipped with basic cooking necessities. Attached 2 car garage.

Just about PERFECTION

Everything was perfect. Our group appreciated the layout of the house, with everyone seeming to have their own little wing of the house. We found it to be very comfortable and convenient, centrally located for everything that we wanted to do. We especially appreciated the small things... Like having all the switches labeled, and the drawers and cabinets labeled. Even the little bag of welcome chocolate. Kisses was a nice touch. The only recommendation that comes to mind is putting a pocket door in the master bathroom to keep the toilet separate from the rest of the room. That way it could be shared a little bit more easily. Other than that, it was perfect. Stay there again!

The house was beautiful and clean and very well maintained. The location is very peaceful. The deer came into the backyard. It was just a wonderful place to stay.

Fabulous and comfortable stay

Ozarks Beautiful Home

Beautiful cozy home and layout was perfect for our family. Home was very clean and everything you could need was available. We enjoyed the home and location. Deer and turkeys came right into the yard. Owner communication was perfect. We definitely will return for another stay with our family. This home is now our top VRBO stay. Thank you!

Country living at its finest

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Upon first stepping inside we noticed how neat, clean and fresh smelling it was. They have thought of everything a houseguest might need and supplied it. Plenty of towels, soaps, cooking supplies, etc. Loved the antique coffee/hot chocolate station with special goodies. Comfortable couches and comfortable and adjustable beds had us all sleeping soundly all night. We’ve stayed in many VRBO,s and this one is top on our list!

In 2010 this residence was built in place of the dilapidated historical Old Mentor School House, continuing the dream of living near family. We are delighted to share our space and surroundings with you so you can take a break from your daily hustle and bustle and enjoy this peaceful living.

It's a perfect location away from city life yet just about 10-15 minutes from different area cities. It's a quiet peaceful area surrounded by wildlife roaming the field. During nice weather you have access to walking the perimeter of 20+ acres and enjoy the quiet.
