Fort Walton Beach is a hidden gem on the Gulf Coast of Florida, offering beautiful beaches, a variety of outdoor activities, and a laid-back atmosphere.

Our vacation rental is located in the heart of Fort Walton Beach, just a short walk from the white sand beaches and crystal clear water. From our home, you'll have easy access to all of the local attractions and activities, including water sports, fishing, and golfing.

Our home is spacious and comfortably furnished, with all the amenities you'll need to relax and enjoy your vacation. The living and dining area is the perfect spot to gather with family and friends, while the fully-equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook and dine at home.

There are three bedrooms in the home, ensuring that everyone has plenty of space and privacy. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the other two bedrooms have a full and twin bed.

Outside, you'll find a patio with a barbecue grill, the perfect spot for al fresco dining and relaxation.

We stayed as a family at this property for a wedding. It was spacious, clean and quiet. It is a newer home so everything was in great shape. There was plenty of space for the four of us! We would definitely stay there again!

Beach stay

It was difficult to find at first but once you find it it’s something you can’t miss the house location was great and the inside was beautiful the beds were great and the couch was amazing. Would highly recommend staying here!!!

Beach Vacation

Everything about the property is excellent. The booking, communication, check-in, and checkout processes were very smooth. The owner was quick to respond to our questions. The property was very clean and well organized with good supply of items (kitchen, towels, and other amenities). Driving to beaches and attractions was quite easy.

Great stay

We were only at the rental during the night, but the neighborhood was nice& quiet. It was really clean& cozy. The microwave stopped working& the host was very responsive to correct the issue. If I’m in Fort Whalton, I’d stay here again!

Great VRBO

Modern, clean, spacious townhouse. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, just off main roads. We picked it for proximity to the boardwalk resorts, and it was perfect. Owners are very responsive - the garbage disposal didn’t work - I texted Julia & she had someone there within minutes. I’d stay there again!

Family vacation

This property was not bad; about a 15-20 min drive to the beach with traffic. Clean, plenty of bath towels, grill (no grilling tools so bring your own), no extra blankets for just chilling on the couch (I get cold easily when just sitting….used a beach towel; it worked), the walls are thin so if the neighbors are loud, you’ll hear it. Overall, very nice place to stay.

The property is exactly what was advertised on VRBO. It is well stocked with all your needs, just like a hotel. The kitchen was great! It had everything you need! The hostess did a nice job with any questions we had. Thanks for a great stay!

Great place!

Very clean and maintained! Property appears to only be a couple years old at most. Stayed true to the listing. Only complaint is no lock on bathroom door in upstairs hallway, but not a big deal. I would recommend this property!

Nice Place

The unit served us well for the week we stayed. The walls are a little thin for my liking, as sound transfer was prevalent, and noises were easily heard from those staying in the unit next door. Other than that, great place.

This rental was everything I expected. The unit matched the pictures, was extremely clean, and met all expectations. Communication ahead of arrival was very good and tt was easy to enter upon arrival. I would recommend this unit and would rent it again.

Birthday getaway

Property was clean and everything was as described. Beds were low to the floor. Nice secluded back porch. Everything needed to stay here was there and they want you to use whatever is there. I will definitely use this place again and I would recommend it to others. Host is very easy to contact and quickly respond to your questions

Clean and Comfortable

Great location, having a garage is a bonus. House was clean and looks newly renovated. Only drawback is the walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbors if they are being loud. Other than that, fantastic property. The owner was great to work with as well. We had a last minute schedule change and she responded promptly and got all of it sorted out for us in no time.

EXCELLENT!

The Stay was more than what we Expected. The Home was very Clean. Master bedroom Very Spacious. Other two bedrooms perfect size. It was 5 of us. Quiet Neighborhood. I highly recommend this stay if you are every in the Ft. Walton area. And the owner was very business oriented. Any questions you have she would respond very promptly with your concerns.

Amazing spring break trip

Julia is the perfect host, she responded right away whenever I had a question or needed a recommendation for food or beaches. My son accidentally locked the master bed room. I messages Julia and she had maintanence out there in under five minutes. The propane tank was empty and when they got the key for the bedroom, we mentioned that to them and he replaced it within ten minutes. The sofa was so comfortable that all four of us fell asleep on it the first night there. We will be back and we had an excellent time. Julia gets 10,000 stars she was a great host.
