The property mang Paula was excellent, there was a problem with the original property we booked with construction, and Paula helped us find this unit and helped us get transferred over with minimum issue we loved this unit and will continue to use Salty in the future

We never received our door code. We stood outside the door for a half hour trying to contact the owner. The beach gate code never worked. We had to get it from other residents that was staying in the building. The dishwasher never worked the entire time we were there with the soap dispenser not working. So therefore we had dirty dishes to start out the week. Both bathroom lights do not work properly. The master bathroom light shuts off randomly and may or may not come back on. Other bathroom you have to switch it on and off several times for it to work. To top it off we had a COCKROACH in our master bedroom! Tried to contact the owner and again no response. The beach service was awful. They let people set up huge canopies in front of the rented chairs so we couldn’t watch our kids play in the water from our paid for spots. People shot fireworks all hours of the night, loud vehicles passing by all night long waking us up (probably teenagers). If you’re looking for a CLEAN peaceful stay you need to pass on this room and the location. Tried contacting the owner before we left and got no response. Check the dishes and the room for roaches if you stay!

There was 6 adults and 2 children that stayed in this room and we had plenty of room and didn’t feel like we were on top of each other . It was clean. The balcony had a great view of the ocean. The bed was so comfortable. It’s also close to stores to get the supplies you need.

Weekend Get Away

The condo was amazing and just as was listed. The only issue I had was the beach gate code given did not work, but I was able to get on and off the beach with assistance from other vacationer's.Very good stay and would recommend to all.

Paula is great! The room does need a few repairs especially in the master bathroom! The toilet runs nonstop, and the shower head is outdated. The beds were not as comfy as we had hoped. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

Pick some another condo

I do not recommend this condo I would of liked the heads up before booking Asked for a couple nights refund and was denied so I’ll be contacted management asap I do not recommend this condo at all The Long Beach resort yes pool is amazing 1 The master bedroom yes Is a lot warmer than the rest of the condo 2 The baking pan wasn’t washed it had been used and never cleaned 3 The shower head in the master bathroom Is absolutely terrible and sprays everywhere 4 The king size bed is extremely uncomfortable felt like we’ve been sleeping on a pull out couch mattress 5 the bed frames in the 2 bedroom are leaning against the wall, about to fall apart, very wobbly 6 We just found a big old water bug or cockroach in the second bedroom bathroom. 7 Sand in the beds before use First sink in second bedroom VERY SLOW to drain The list could probably go on and on, but those are just a few I am very unhappy

Condo was meh at best

The condo was not clean when we checked in. The floors were dirty. We attempted to open the sliding door in the living room and it was broken. I let our property manager know on Sunday and the maintenance man came Thursday evening to fix it. However it still didn't work. The dishwasher doesn't work right so we had to hand wash our dishes. The master bedroom doesn't get cool. The beds were so uncomfortable and the toilet ran in the master bath non-stop. All of this was reported but no response received. The toilet is old and stained. Needs replaced. I've been visiting the Emerald Coast since 2005 and this is the first bad review I have EVER left. Paula, the property manager is so nice that I hated to leave this review but we paid a lot of money to be so inconvenienced. Hopefully they will fix the issues because it is a great location.

A very relaxing family time.

This condo is a clean, well styled property that is perfect for a family trip. The kitchen offers enough cooking tools/cutlery etc. for basic meals and there is a vacuum, broom and Swiffer mop to keep the place tidy during your stay that I appreciated. The beds were very comfortable and there are more than enough towels for bathing and swimming. It was also nice to have some beach nets, a couple chairs and an umbrella available to use. Bring some beach towels, laundry soap, dishwasher pods and some kitchen garbage bags. We will happily stay here again!

Wonderful view but needs some maintenance

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and views from the balcony. Got to see stingrays, dolphins, jelly fish, and crabs. Needs some maintenance though. Ceiling tiles in the bathroom were sagging and stained. In bathroom #1 both sinks did not have hot water. In bathroom #2 one sink did not work at all. Sliding door handle was loose to balcony. There weren’t many utensils, we ended up cutting our pizza with a butter knife. We would stay in this area but not this condo in the future.

Beach trip

It was a little run down. Faucets were rusty and dryer did not have a handle. Master suite seemed to stay warmer than rest of condo. Balcony chairs were rusty and about to break apart and not safe to sit in.

Senior spring break

Great property! Great location and lovely views. Only complaints, uncomfortable beds and missing some necessities... we had to buy salt and pepper, toilet paper, garbage bags cleaning products and a toaster. No big deal, but would have been good to know. Definitely would book again.
