The Space:
Lillehammer Lodge is 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath luxury mountain retreat that is wonderful place for family, friends and large groups to get together and enjoy everything Park City has to offer. Read our exceptional 5 star reviews! You can learn more about our space below:

LIVING ROOM:
The living area contains a 12-foot incredibly soft and comfortable sofa that can seat the whole family (cozy blankets included for those cold winter nights). We also have 2 beautiful leather chairs that were made for a mountain lodge. Relax and enjoy all your favorite streaming services on our 55” TV that sits above a gas fireplace, giving the ultimate feeling of cozy mountain vibes. The living area opens up to the kitchen to allow for a welcoming and inclusive social setting. For kids (and adults!), we have a large selection of our favorite games in the kitchen pantry including Monopoly, Sorry. CandyLand, Jenga, and many more!

KITCHEN
A couple steps up from the living room is a spacious, fully-loaded chef’s kitchen, completely equipped with all the cookware and necessities needed to cook breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner! Cookware includes all pots, pans, pyrex, Tupperware, and more! We know sometimes you need caffeine to jumpstart your day, so coffee is on us! In the morning enjoy a hot tea, a coffee the Keurig or coffee machine. Enjoy all meals in the dining area that easily seats eight, with additional seating for three more at the island bar.

BEDROOMS
When it is time for some sleep, there are great options to sleep up to 8 people comfortably in our four bedrooms, as well as linens and blankets for 2 on the couch. Each bedroom is equipped with luxury bedding, linens, towels, and pillows. We want you to rest easy and comfortably, so our mattresses are all top of the line. Every bedroom is equipped with blinds and black out curtains to ensure the best sleep possible.

Primary Bedroom
The primary king bedroom features a walk-in closet, 55” TV, and a full ensuite bathroom with double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a separate tub. Enjoy a spacious, large walk in closet with a dresser. The bedroom also features a desk for those that need to work from home.

Guest Bedroom #1
The guest bedroom #1 is located on the top floor with a king bed, desk, full-length mirror, and a spacious closet that also acts as a dresser with multiple shelving and drawers. It also has stunning views of the mountain!

Guest Bedroom #2
The bunk room features a twin over twin bunk bed with a full closet that includes built-in shelving to comfortably store all your things.

Guest Bedroom #3
The final guest bedroom is located on the first floor of the house, down the stairs once you enter from the garage. The very large room offers a queen bed, desk and full ensuite bathroom. It is important to note that this bedroom acts like a loft, the stairwell leads directly into the room.

DECK
Soak in the sun on the private deck that includes a brand new Weber Grill and Adirondack chairs for relaxation.

PARKING:
Enjoy a 2-car private garage + 2 additional parking spots in the driveway. Safely store all your outdoor adventure equipment in the private garage. With plenty of room for skis, snowboards, snow shoes, mountain bikes, and fishing gear. We even have seating in the garage so you can comfortably take off your boots after a long day on the mountain!

NEIGHBORHOOD:
Enjoy what Bear Hollow Village has to offer! Year-round, you can work out in the community gym or use the community hot tub which are just steps away from the property. In the summertime, you can just hang out at the community’s pool and hot tub, or use the amenities that include the fitness center, park, putting green, hiking trails, and basketball court.

OTHER NOTEWORTHY HIGHLIGHTS:
Location, location, location! Be on the mountain within 5 minutes when you stay at Lillehammer Lodge. The property is located less than 2 miles away from Park City's Canyons Resort. Whether you want to drive yourself or take the free shuttle, Park City is the home of the largest ski resort in North America! If you want to start your day at Park City Mountain or shop on Main Street, we are 10 mins from Park City Mountain, 15 mins from Deer Valley, and just 30 mins from SLC airport! Once you’re done for the day and back at Lillehammer Lodge, top-notch restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores are within 2 minutes from the property. The property is really in the center of everything you need.

Working remotely? We got you covered with 3 separate dedicated workspace, which includes large desks, comfortable office chairs, good lighting, and exceptional views of the mountains! The home was designed with remote work in mind, so you can work comfortably from the space and then head out after for some fun once you’re done with work. The property is served with top-notch WiFi (GB internet), which offers strong speed and unlimited device support at the same time throughout the entire property.

If you’re an outdoor enthusiast, there are endless options for adventure within the vicinity of the property, year-round! Bear Hollow Village is right next to Utah's Olympic Park, where the 2002 Olympics were hosted! The property is also close to various hiking and biking trails, with access to a paved trail at the entrance of the neighborhood - Park City has over 400 miles of trails to explore, with paths for every ability!. You can access just about everything Park City has to offer in just fifteen minutes or less!

Park City is rated one of the best in the country for public transportation. You have endless options for free transportation. Whether you want to hop on the public bus system or use High Valley Transit service, a microtransit service that will pick you up in a shuttle van for free and take you to your desired location.

While you're staying here, the townhouse will be your own private oasis!

We have a strict no pets and no smoking policy. We also request out of respect for our neighbors, no parties or large groups at the home.
Guest access
Upon arriving, you will be given a unique door code you will use during your stay. You can access Lillehammer Lodge 2 ways. 1) By parking in the driveway or garage and entering through the back of the house or 2) By parking in the front of the house on the street, walking up the set of stairs and entering through the front door. We typically advise going through the back.
Other things to note
-While you're staying here, the townhouse will be your own private oasis! We are also very close to grocery stores restaurants and the outlet malls, allowing you to easily access whatever you need.
