Enjoy a stay at AQUA/MEDALLION , situated in the perfect Bradenton Location, within the IMG Golf Course. You are just a short drive from the beautiful beaches-Longboat Key, Anna Maria, Coquina Beach, Siesta Key, Lido Key and so much more.
This beach retreat is the quintessential getaway, central to many of the activities and adventures of the Bradenton area, yet away from the hustle and bustle of the busy island life.



Due to this neighborhood being so new, there is construction going on in the neighborhood, strictly during weekdays from 8am-5pm. (NO Weekends). Construction crew will not be in your way and the noise is kept to a minimum. Thanks for your understanding.

Outstanding VRBO Rental

I've stayed at numerous vacation rentals. This is, hands down, one of the best, if not THE BEST we've stayed at!!!. Feels like a brand new house and we were the very first renters. They thought of most everything that you would need for your stay.... right down to the cheese grater, steam iron, grill utensils and scale in the bathroom! Everything was super comfortable and clean. Proximity to all your shopping and food needs is within 15 min and close. Pool was very nice as well and property owners were very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Home

This is a beautiful property in a brand new neighborhood. The construction is on going but wasn’t disruptive to our stay. (The best part about being in a construction zone was the lunch truck that showed up every day at 11 for the workers.) The community pool wasn’t open yet but once it is this place will be awesome, however the private pool at the home provided immaculate vibes so it didn’t matter. 10/10 would recommend if you also have a newborn baby who naps frequently throughout the day and cannot be in the sun, so you’re stuck at home.
