¡Espectaculares vistas impresionantes de la amplia playa de arena y del Océano Atlántico serán suyas en esta hermosa propiedad de vacaciones en North Myrtle Beach de cuatro dormitorios y cuatro baños!

A su familia le encantarán todas las comodidades que ofrece el resort Crescent Shores. Disfruta de un chapuzón en la piscina frente al mar de 110 pies o flotando alrededor del río lento de 200 pies. ¡Tómate un momento para relajarte en uno de los jacuzzis y, por supuesto, a los pequeños les encantará chapotear en la piscina infantil! Este complejo también cuenta con un gimnasio y una piscina cubierta.

El condominio está ubicado en la torre sur y tiene habitaciones de gran tamaño que serán perfectas para unas vacaciones familiares, ya que el condominio tiene capacidad para 14 personas. El condominio cuenta con encimeras de granito en la cocina y los baños totalmente equipados, una bañera de mármol y un dormitorio principal muy grande que ofrece acceso al balcón frente al mar. El gran balcón también es accesible desde la sala de estar. ¡Qué mejor manera de comenzar tu día que tomando tu café de la mañana mientras contemplas un magnífico amanecer!

This is a beautiful, ocean front suite. It has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The kitchen was very modern. Everything was clean. We enjoyed the balcony and view of the ocean. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially on check in day. Loved the Lazy River, hot tub, and pool. I would definitely stay there again.

What a great place! Great location! Clean and a well stocked kitchen. We were in the age range from 5 years old to 92. Quick easy check in and check out. Lots of space. We already talking about coming back next year, and everyone agreed we want the same condo. We had no problem with the door lock, just follow the directions they give you. 5 stars all the way!

Check in at the property itself is a zoo... you have to walk your cart across ocean blvd! Condo was not clean, cabinet door was broken (they fixed) carpet was not clean, no cushions on outside chairs, they are made for them and need them, Very spacious though and mngmt team is very responsive

The unit is quite comfortable and spacious, the view marvelous, and the location great! Need more parking passes, however, for a four bedroom unit; two passes didn't meet our needs.

Great location, excellent communication, perfect for our needs

Property perfectly suited for 7 adults. Could use some freshening up of paint, shower caulking etc but just as described. **Need to know that ONLY umbrellas can be used on the beach in season. Would’ve been good to know in advance, would never have imagined that rule for the beach here. Not a rule at any other beach we’ve ever been to. Also- I’m season- the beach is super crowded but we had a great time regardless.

Great visit

Our only complaint would be that we didn’t get to check in until after 5:30. The room was not clean when we arrived at 3:00 so we were told we could pick up the keys and it would be ready in about a half hour. We waited but when we went to the room it was still not clean and no one was there cleaning it. Besides this oir stay was amazing. Pretty sure this was just a little miscommunication. Thanks so much for having us.

There was dust under and around the beds and in the corners on the kitchen floor. The balcony door in the master bedroom wouldn't lock. The comforters on the beds were dirty. Was not impressed and will not be staying there again.

This had 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and it fit our two families of 5 perfectly! You couldn't beat the patio or the location right on the beach. The pool area and hot tub was in good condition, unfortunately the lazy river was out of commission as they were fixing up the other tower from the hurricane. The beach area was amazing and you could walk for miles in either direction. The parasailing and banana boat rides were also right in front so the kids enjoyed watching them. This part of the beach and the pool area was never busy and you could always find room and enjoy the day. There was also a small Irish pub next door with good food and a great patio/bar area. Short trip to the busy Myrtle Beach area, but quiet area to enjoy and relax on vacation. Definitely a must to come back.

It was clean, but the unit could use some freshening up, like paint and deep cleaning, but the cleaning service did a good job and it was fine, just a little worn out. The beds were comfy and the shower pressure was great. TV's in all the rooms were nice too. Icemaker in the fridge was a bonus. We had plenty of dishes, and such for the whole family. No issues parking across the street in the garage. Had a nice lunch at the restaurant next door and ice cream shop one block over was a nice treat for the kids. We could rent chairs and umbrella's right out front of the complex, but there were also some chairs and umbrella's in the storage closet there. There was also parasailing and banana boat rentals right there on the beach. Pools and hot tubs were nice. I liked the lazy river too. I would stay here again. Management company was great to deal with.

July 2023 family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great one week stay over the July 4th weekend. The space was well described, clean and worked well for us. Kyle was a great help with several things, very prompt and courteous. Having a room with a queen and pullout and two queens made it very flexible. Kitchen was well outfitted with pots and pans, had large ones too. Lots of silverware, plates bowls etc. Nice to have a vacuum cleaner. The view off the balcony was great and have the inset section with a table was a great place to play cards at night. Biggest issue we had was getting the key to work with the lock had to wait to get assistance as you have to turn the key a certain way to get the lock to work but it initially feels like the wrong key as it won't move at all. We didn't have some of the starter paper products either, no paper towels and maybe 1 roll of toilet paper. Been nice to have more than one dish cloth and dish towel.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 1st family vacation and we were quite disappointed. Mold was present in master bath. Air condition did not work well. A tech person came and said the unit was over 20 years old and could not keep up. There filter was missing, so Tech replaced. Old grimy carpet was terrible to walk on. Washing machine did not drain and an extra spin cycle was needed for each load. Key was very difficult to open the door. A tutorial was given on how best to enter and even at that, it was difficult. 2 of the cable boxes did not work in bedrooms.The unit needs major updating.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: things we LOVED: The location of this condo is very convenient, located very near to shopping, dinning, gas stations, markets etc! Condo is in an HOA, ALL THE STAFF we encountered were SUPER friendly and kind! The amenities are GREAT! even on crowded days the pool was relaxing, there were grills to cool out on, the hot tub was relaxing as well. Our condo was 4BR/4BA and worked well for 10 of us, was up to date and clean, we had a great view! Things we did not like: we had a late check in (understandable but we was not old until 10 mins before check in time) the parking garage is more than enough for guest however there are only 4 handicap spots under the building that is for guests and owners and all other parking is across the street, the additional walking to get to the car was ALOT for me as I have a disability. even though we had a late check in, there wer e SWARMS of people unloading and waiting for the elevators to get to their units, staff was helpful and patient but said it was like this EVERY sat. and it was the same at check out. once that passed there was no more lines and long waits for the elevators to get to the units but it was a little stressful! Overall we will certianly stay here again! nothing we experiened reuined our stay and I am sure there are dislike to every place in some why! the staff being patient was helpful in not getting guests worked up and we appreciated that!

Smelly, Old, Poor Management

Where do I begin. Condo was old, smelled (you get use to it). Condo owners must not EVER go there. Bedroom with pullout couch - the ceiling fan will drive you insane, the loudest screeching/scratching noise, it was horrible and the t.v would not work and was never fixed. All the bedrooms - blankets and pillows were an inch thick (2) pillows to a bed (no pillow for pullout couch, they only say to bring your own sheet and blanket). The comforter is from the 1970’s motel scratchy window curtain feel. Bring your own blankets and pillows. They provide one bath towel per person, bring extra or just keep washing. Master bath is loaded with black mold. Hall bath shower head broke 2nd day there and they were notified twice - was never fixed, so we paid for a 4 bedroom and 3 bath for 8 of us 5 ladies and 3 mens - wasn’t fun. Both set of keys were extremely hard and seemed almost impossible, to turn at times. Don’t send your teenager to the room. They do not specify where to locate the starter bag of toilet paper/paper towels, just keep searching. The sliding glass door is so hard to open and close and my mom having RA - she used her arms shoulders to open and close and she’s pretty bruised from using them to help. Stays hot in there, not the best A/C. Overall it was like staying at your local motel. Living room furniture, old musty smells and stays damp. Communication with management sucks, I’ve always went thru the owners on VRBO - I’m going to stick with that from now on, not a third party. This condo was perfect with the 4 bed/4 bath (if the 4th bath/shower was accessible) for the 8 of us. Location was perfect with the pool/lazy river and beach access being so accessible - was amazing for my 11 year old. Quick restaurant next door super easy convenient and on the water. Not many condos with the 4 beds and 4 bath, 3 rooms having its own bath and then the one room share’s the hall bath. Good luck and enjoy your vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This spot has all the onsite amenities we could ask for. It is also within 10 minutes of our favorite places. Most are less than 5 minutes.I could offer one suggestion, addition of a K-Cup coffee maker.Only complaint has nothing to do with the rental company or the stay. Arrival is chaos. Way too many people arriving at the same time trying to unload their luggage. The site has lots of luggage carts and even shopping carts, but the number of people is overwhelming. We were approximately #20 in line to get to the elevator with our stuff.If you can survive that and have patience, a great trip awaits you.
