200 yard paddle to the Weeki Wachee River & gulf access. Hospital hole is about 10 minutes downriver towards the Gulf. Floating dock to make access into canal very easy! 6 Kayaks & life jackets provided. Open & fully equipped kitchen. One level living with stairs up to house and to backyard. All bedrooms have tvs. Shoot some pool, shuffle board or watch the manatees and turtles in the canal. Fire pit and screen porch sitting area. There is a dock to tie up your boat. Great canal, with plenty of manatees and fish.

We had a great time at the River! The house had everything we needed and was more spacious than the pictures show. We took advantage of the kayaks provided and spent a lot of time floating in the river. Kids loved the pool table and shuffleboard . We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful location. Convenient to everything we wanted to do. House was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Outdoor space was our hangout all week. We would definitely book same location again.

Was looking for a quiet relaxing place on the water. Was just perfect. Very quiet and beautiful surroundings. Needed help with he internet, as we are not tech savvy and called the landlord and she was great helping us out. Just a great place to relax

Amazing house and location. Multiple manatees right at the dock and just a beautiful spot to relax. The game tables were an added bonus too. Really nice stay. I will book this home again when i can.

Pros: Great location for getting to the main river quickly. All the kayaks and paddles provided were in good shape. The interior of the rental was comfortable and spacious. The kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, and utensils, making it easy to cook a meal. Cons: The property has serious wasp problem; none of us got stung, but there were multiple times where a wasp was trying to start a nest in between the front door and and screen door. Several wasps buzzing around the back porch, not in it, but around the screen door leading to the backyard.There was also lots of ants INSIDE the back porch, but we never saw any inside the home.The front screen door is barely staying together; we had to be VERY gentle with it during our stay. Reached out to property manager, but didn't get a reply. The front door and master bedroom doors scrape the floor a little, stopping them from fully opening.Guest bathroom shower head leaked, spraying water into the rest of the bathroom, even with the curtain drawn.There was some dirty dishes in the cabinets, dirty towels in the guest bathroom, and questionable stains on the bean bags.I dont think it's unreasonable to ask that a rental be clean, especially if you charge people a cleaning fee.Overall, we throughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again! The property just needs some spraying for the wasps and ants, a little more thorough cleaning after guests leave, a new front screen door, and some minor fixes in the home itself.

House was perfect and super roomy for our family of 4. Porch and outside area were a favorite. House is a short paddle to the river. Kayaks included were in good condition. Host was quick to respond to questions/cincerns.

Perfect Spot

Many reviews say the pictures don’t do this place justice and I agree! It is so cute, great size and we even saw manatees daily. Highly suggest.

Wonderfyl Weeki Wachee

The house was very clean and well kept. It had everything we needed with some added nice features, like screened in porch and nice fire pit. Plus the AC was ice cold!

This house had everything that we needed and more. Beautiful home set up very nice and very spacious. Really appreciated all the extra little things that most rentals do not offer as far as shampoo, conditioner, body wash even qtips! its just the small little things that go far. Outside we even had propane for the grill I am not sure if this was letf from a previous renter or not but either way it was nice that they didnt remove it for the next g

Loved it!

My family and I stayed here for my husband’s 40th birthday. It was so clean and comfortable. It had everything that we needed plus more. Kids loved the bean bags and games. We were able to explore the springs and were fortunate enough to see manatees. It was just a fun and relaxing trip. Thanks for everything!

Spring break

The pics do not do the property justice! The house is huge and so comfy! The pool table and shuffleboard were definitely great for us to chill with the kids and the kayaks were easy to use on the water. Great location and the fire pit was a great bonus! We can't wait to book again!

The property was very nice. I would say the kayaks need upgrading! Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay again and recommend for anyone to stay there. You won’t be disappointed!

A fantastic place to stay and visit with family and friends. Super responsive host! Beautifully furnished home. Well stocked kitchen. We loved being able to fish from the dock and kayak in the river. We even saw some manatee! We will definitely be back!

Long weekend in Weeki Wachee

Long weekend to get away from Tampa. Very clean and well appointed. Kids loved the Shuffle puck and pool table. Great location directly on the water with kayaks and a dock.

I always wanted to go to weeki watchee so in my search for places to stay we found this outstanding home. My family said ever time they walked thru the door it was like they we home! Right on the canal with all the amenitied one could want. Beds were soooo comfy. Shower in master amazing. Lots of personal space. Even a small area where work from anywhere had his space.Hosts were easy to work with and responsive.I loved every minute . A beautiful way to ring in the 2025!

Excellent River House

We had a fantastic stay! The house is in a perfect location and a short paddle to the main river. We saw a ton of wildlife and enjoyed the quiet location. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook. Very clean and so cute! We will be back!
