The Sunset Sound Cottage is amazing. It is clean and comfortable. It is beautifully decorated. The back porch is a place you could sit forever in comfortable chairs watching the beautiful sunset. We will defintely stay here again . ..couldn't ask for anything more in a rental.

Absolutely loved staying at Sue’s. The location was perfect, along with the views. The interior was decorated so beautifully and had everything we needed with a well stocked kitchen. Towels were fluffy and beds were comfy! The hosts even let us stay an extra night. The outdoor shower was a hit. Thank you so much!

We had a great time at Sunset Sound Cottage. They have everything needed to enjoy the intercoastal waters and the beach. They thought of everything. We will definitely stay again when we come back to the area. The owners were easy to get a hold of before, during and after our stay. Highly recommend.

The most pleasant experience!

The property is exactly how you see it in the pictures, it is exceptionally clean and well kept. We came here to celebrate getting married and the host was thoughtful enough to write a special note for us. It was spacious, private, and had beautiful views- I highly recommend this property. We would love to stay here again!- Julia and Kristian

This peaceful house is wonderfully located near the beach and directly on the bay. We enjoyed the beautiful views and breezes on the back deck while sitting on the tall deck chairs. When returning from the beach there is a private shower under the rear stair case to rinse off. Everything in the house is new and well appointed and well stocked. Food, supplies and liquor stores were very close.

Birthday Weekend

Our stay at Sunset Sound was spectacular! It is a beautiful home with breathtaking back porch views overlooking the water. We enjoyed watching the sunset over the marsh both evenings. It is just a quick walk to the beach where we enjoyed the best beach days. The house is decorated in a classic beach style and equipped with the most comfortable furniture. All of our guests commented on how nice the mattresses slept. The loveseat also pulls out into a bed. The kitchen had everything necessary to cook all our meals. All in all, Sunset Sound was the perfect spot for our birthday getaway. Perfect beach house with even more perfect views!! Newly renovate, very clean, and cozy. Spacious den with room for all to hang out and very comfortable beds. Kitchen is very functional along with the bathrooms. The outside has so much to offer with the vast entertaining space under the house, plenty of parking, and my favorite an outdoor shower. Would definitely recommend and look forward to renting again.
