The 2nd Bedroom, also holding a King bed, is located on the landing between the Top and Living Levels. The 3rd Bedroom is located on the Living Level holds a Pyramid Bunk (Double on the bottom, Twin on top). The 4th and Final bedroom is located on the Entry Level and has a King bed with private ensuite bathroom. There is a bonus sleeping space on the Top Level with a Twin bed and skylight. Property Amenities include: 4 TVs, high-speed WiFi, covered deck with furniture, community pool, fitness center, clubhouse, and miles of lighted dock for walking and fishing. Panoramic views of Protected Marshes and parking for 4 vehicles maximum.1 spot is covered and can be used for your boat or jet-ski trailer (If the trailer does not fit in the covered spot, it must be stored off-site for an additional fee).
