Gorgeous direct gulf front condo is fabulously renovated, spacious and beautiful! Close to middle of the complex with not a long walk from the elevators!
Sixth floor with gorgeous beach and gulf views.



Sleep eight in this unit, with quick access to stairs. Beautiful kitchen with stainless appliances, granite countertops and painted cabinets.



Primary BR features wonderful view to the beach and water, king size bed, flat screen TV and sliding door to patio.



Second BR features two full sized beds with private bath. Queen sleeper sofa in the living room for another two sleeping spots!



Top of the line furnishings make this retreat feel like home away from home.



Patio is furnished with high end, comfortable furniture to enjoy the wonderful view.



Phoenix V is perfectly located close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment!



There is a large outdoor pool and heated indoor pool with hot tubs. Your kids are able to enjoy a 1300 sq. ft. Caribbean Pirate Inspired Splash Pad downstairs by the pool. The area consists of a Pirate Sloop and Ship’s Bow with Slant Jets and Water Cannon, a Beached Boat Wet Slide, a Palm Tree with Water Dumping Bananas as well as a Tiny Tulip Flower Spray. You can see pictures of the Water Park placed at the end of the condo slideshow. It’s sure to keep your little Bucketheads busy throughout your vacation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 2br unit you rent at Phoenix V guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Orange beach

The property was amazing. Loved the location. Biggest issue was lack of communication. I received, what I’m guessing is, automated emails. I never received an email with information about checking in or the code to access the condo. I messaged and called our direct contact person and never received any responses. I called and finally spoke to someone who didn’t manage my location who was very helpful.

Worst condo we’ve had booking through VRBO. Guest shower faucet didn’t work. Master bedrooms sheets were visibly dirty. Multiple lights burned out or flickering. Buttons on master TV remote didn’t work. Couch had stains. Messages to property manager through VRBO app were never replied to. Would not recommend.

The shower curtains have black mold on them, the shower rods are rusted, we could not get the living room sliding door open, we got there and it was a humid 77 degrees in the room.

Not Exactly as Described

Reviewer Comments: Great location, kitchen well stocked and condo was comfortable but it had some issues. The description says luxury plank flooring throughout - there was tile and carpet in the bedrooms. If you walked around barefoot in the condo - the bottoms of your feet were dirty. One chair on the deck was broken - screws out of the seat. Mold and mildew were on one of the bathroom shower curtains - I emailed about the problem upon arrival asking for a replacement, as was instructed in the arrival information but never got a response. The front bedroom had a musty/mildew smell to it - we used lots of Lysol. And forget trying to call anyone with Phoenix - it will send you to a voicemail asking you to leave your message and they will call you back. I did, never a return call. Spot on wall above toilet in primary bedroom - might be a leak, which makes you wonder about mold. It could be mold coming through the back of the wall. We had a good time inspite of these issues, but Phoenix needs to be more available to renters in case of problems. Pool area was clean. Construction was going on, but they did a good job of managing that with guests. We had no problem with the elevators as some people have mentioned, but it was not a real busy time with number of guests.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Do not rent this unit. This unit is obviously old. Whoever owns it does not update. The primary bed was uncomfortable and creaked any time you moved on it. The patio furniture had a chair with the fabric that is ready to rip and the table was uneven so you could not set anything on it. The kitchen was by far the worst. Open the cabinets and you will smell a god awful odor. The dishes had to be washed due to being in the cabinets and smelling of the same odor. Same with the silverware drawers. The check in desk employee was not much to be desired when paying for the parking pass. No personality or welcoming attributes to be checking in guests paying good money to stay on your property. The best thing about the location was the view of the ocean. That is about it. If we ever come back to the area, we will not be staying in Phoenix V.

Fall beach trip

First off I would like to say we enjoyed our time in Orange Beach. The condo was located in a great spot and wonderful views. There were some things that I believe need to be updated but there were also some great things about the property. Pros- great view, comfortable beds, location, overall was clean-ish, easy check in and check out, pool and splash pad were great, beach access was good, and parking was great! The elevators were always available which was nice. Cons- the condo needs more kitchen and dish towels, more silverware, shower in master does not drain and water pressure is low, the shower controls need to be changed they are hard to turn off and on, more coffee cups are needed, patio furniture could defiantly be updated as one chair was falling apart and the table was crooked, master bedding was not very clean, patio was full of sand when we arrived. Overall for the price of the condo we were satisfied with our stay and it was about what we expected.

Nice place but some issues.

The condo is very nice, big, decorated well. However, the water pressure of the showers is pretty awful which is odd because the sinks water pressure is very high. The wait for the elevators can be pretty awful during busy times. The beach is beautiful, however, the Ike’s Rentals umbrellas and chairs take up so much of the beachfront that it almost forces you to use them. If you have a canopy it has to be so far back you can’t even see the water because of all the rental umbrellas. If you have your own umbrella and chairs you can go in front of them but it will be packed and right at the water line almost. The pool is like a hot tub but I imagine all of them are like that sitting in the sun all day long. I hate to harp on the place so much, the condo really is nice and the owner very friendly, but with how crowded the beach is, waiting so much on elevators, and how loud it can be at night with such a big and crowded condo complex, I wouldn’t bring my young kids there again. Maybe if you don’t have kids or are younger and like to be out late and partying it would be great. I’ll give it 4 stars, but sadly it just wasn’t my idea of a relaxing place to stay with young kids. The splash pad was a hit with them though!

Beach trip

The condo was clean and decorated well. The shower in the master bedroom had poor water pressure and did not drain and the toilet did not flush very well but the front bathroom was the opposite so we all ended up using that one! The kitchen was well stocked. Overall, love staying at the phoenix with our kids and the amenities including the pools and splash pad were great.

Nice updates unit

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was as pictured and clean with everything we needed. Our only complaint was the mattress in the master bedroom was very hard. I’m 28 weeks pregnant and can only sleep on my side. My hips hurt every night because there’s no give at all. Other than that we were satisfied.
