Welcome, to Eagles Nest LOZ Getaway! Bring the entire family to this beautiful home with lots of room for fun!

Featuring 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and just steps away from a private dock. This home has been completely renovated throughout and features an amazing kitchen with granite counters, tile backsplash, double ovens and new cabinets!

The 3 master suites are spacious and offer baths with high end finishes!

On the lower level, you'll find a 2nd kitchen and a huge living area perfect for gathering family and friends. Gather in the lower level to watch TV or hang out reading books. Snuggle into the oversized beanbag chair or play cards at either of the tables. Let the little ones have fun exploring this home- you may find them tucked behind the stairs in the kid's game corner.

Our family (7 adults, 6 children) had a lovely week over Thanksgiving. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, but also large spaces for everyone to gather in. There was a slight maintenance problem with a ceiling fan that management went 'above and beyond' and quickly took care of.

Clean, very well-supplied, pet-friendly, needed instructions as to how to operate the TV, needed more comfortable seating for TV viewing in lower level. Good communication with host. Was a cloudy, rainy weekend, so we didn't use the Lake, but enjoyed the view. Overall, a wonderful experience for a family gathering!

Perfect house for a large get together/celebration. Could not find trash bags, paper towel, or toilet paper. Areas of the house were a bit dusty with dead bugs, but I understand this is a large house that is probably difficult to clean. Overall, we enjoyed it.

The check in process was great. We got all the information needed in an email and didn’t have to contact anyone. It was a great place for my husband and I, our three kids and their spouses and 7 grandkids. We so enjoyed the private cove where the kids could all swim without worrying about boat traffic. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was adequately supplied. We rented a boat one day and were pleasantly surprised that the rental place was so close. A couple of minor complaints. The coffee maker needs some serious attention. Either a good cleaning or a new pot. There was a Weber and a Blackstone grill for our use but both needed cleaning which we did. The paddle boat that we were told we could use didn’t have a rudder so it was useless but there was a variety of blow up tubes and floaties that were provided. It was a great house with plenty of room for 15 of us.

Family Vacation

We had our 5 kids, 3 in-laws, and our 8 grandkids with us to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Grandkids range from 13 years-3 months. The house was set up perfectly for our needs. So much space, plenty of beds, and towels. Great decks with furniture and a dock. Washer and dryer are large. Kitchen was well-stocked with cookware and utensils. Location was amazing, as was the communication with the host. We hated to have to leave. I highly recommend this house for a large group. I'm sure there are more positive things I can say. Description of the property was accurate. The only concern was the outside garbage cans were full when we arrived, so we had to leave our garbage bags in the garage.

The house and the dock were a great location for being able to get on the lake. We were really concerned about the railing on both of the decks, they were really flimsy and missing screws in several places, so we made sure to stay away from it. We could have used more paper towels and garbage bags. The house worked out really well for 7 of us. Thank you. It's a beautiful location.

Dixon vacation

Pretty good needs some work. Vent in left bedroom doesn’t have much air flowing, so it was to warm in it. Kinda weird no patio furniture on main floor deck. Garage door not working properly. Deck needs a good cleaning. Upper bunk has no railing. Barbecue grill won’t stay lit. Tv in main room doesn’t have local channels.

Fun family trip

The property was the perfect size. We had 4 families and an extra friend on this trip. We had 6 children all together. The rooms are large and were perfect. The 2 decks were awesome and we liked that there was no exit on the top one so the kids could play up there and we didn't worry about them.Bring water shoes!! The kids all had a blast playing in the water. You have to climb down the retaining wall but the 4and 5 year olds had no problems get back up and down. The water park near by was fun but it's pricey for the experience. You can bring in food and drinks. There didn't seem to be many rules.The only downside was if the dishwasher was going and someone was taking a shower we seemed to run out of hot water quickly so the shower bathing situation had to be planned out. But overall the price was great and the house had more than enough space. The location was so fun and if the weather had been any warmer the kids would never have gotten out of the water!.Also the host response was great!

Plenty of room

We had a short spring break stay with extended family. This home was just as shown and advertised. We had plenty of room for our family including 5 adults and 3 teens. The management rental company very quickly responded to my question. It was a beautiful place with wonderful lake views! Within 15 minutes of most activities. it was not peak time to visit Osage Beach we had a lot of fun and very relaxing.

Christmas at the Lake

We stay at the lake with family each year during this time. We loved the house! It had plenty of space for everyone and was easy for older family members with limited steps. It was stocked with everything we needed to cook big meals. We would definitely be back!

Private and peaceful getaway…

Beautiful and quiet location. Lovely view of the water from really nice decks. Convenient location. Comfortable beds. Nice fire pit on the water. Gas fire place on the lower deck. We enjoyed both very much. Highly responsive and helpful management staff. The carpeting could use some attention, so just 4 stars for cleanliness. We really enjoyed our time with dear friends.
