Welcome to our newly renovated large 1-bedroom suite, located above our three car garage in a stunning rural area with plenty of outdoor space. It is perfectly situated near numerous attractions, and it offers a comfortable and quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. We, The Host's, live in the main house of the property, but are very respectful to your privacy. Whether you're in town on business or seeking a relaxing retreat, we know you will enjoy this charming place.

This property is located 8 min from Spooky Nook Sports and 5 min from the Susquehanna River. The scenic river trail is also a big attraction and great for biking. Also, try strolling the streets of historic Lancaster city, the # 1 small town in Pa.
We love hosting and would love to have you come stay with us!

Short Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures. Very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again if coming back to area.

Charming, quite apartment.

The apartment was charming, and very comfortable. It was in a great location, convenient to places I wanted to go (Columbia, PA). I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely, spacious home!

The cathedral ceilings really make this place seem even larger than it is. It is in a great location, the host is very responsive and great to work with, the home is lovely and clean. It was a great experience there, loved every minute.

Anniversary get away

Amazing rental, quiet and very clean, exactly as pictured. Beautiful property with a little outdoor seating area. Check in was smooth, Anna friendly and available if needed. Luxury experience with quality price. We explored the area: Shady Maple Smorgasbord, Bube's Brewery, Chickie's Rock, Scooter tour. Highly recommend staying here! If we return to this area, I will rent again.

Peaceful Escape

This property was everything our family needed. It was obvious the hosts have spent lots of time decorating and ensuring you have everything you need for a home away from home. The backyard had a private fire pit and beautiful patio lights that just gave it such an elevated feel. The hosts were kind and communicated well with us. We would surely stay here again!

Great place to stay!

We stayed here for 7 nights for the Christmas holiday while we were in town visiting family. The apartment was everything we needed and expected it to be. The hosts were lovely and very easy to communicate with even over the holidays. The apartment was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. It was 10 mins from our family’s house so the perfect location for us. Check in and out was a breeze and she even had homemade cookies waiting for us when we arrived! I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Cute and Comfortable

Anna and Ben were great hosts. It's a perfect size for a couple and beautifully decorated. It had all the amenities that we needed. A full size kitchen with plenty of work space. Easy access to a washer and dryer and a really nice fire pit area. It was an easy drive to Gettysburg and Lancaster. Columbia, Mount Joy and Marietta were close by for food and hiking. If we come back to the area we will stay here again.

Romantic, private and spacious

This was the perfect place for our honeymoon. The host was very kind and I had told her this was our honeymoon and was communicating with her because I wanted to verify there were several things in place for us. As a special courtesy, the host allowed my sister to drop off some food and put it in the fridge before we checked in for the night, before the wedding, so that way it'd be cold and we wouldn't have to go out the next day for milk. The host also decorated with a few romantic decorations and also left us a cute note and a couple homemade cookies. This was a quiet and private place. If we had wanted to we could have used the firepit outside. The host's property has some beautiful neighboring properties too. The area is out in the countryside so we really liked that setting. The only limitation as far as setting is that the road doesn't have a walkway/ side walk for two to walk side by side because it's in the country, so you'd have to go to a park if you want to go for a walk together because the visibility along the road is not so good. We had no issues with internet and we used the TV for pluto TV and netflix. All the furniture was super nice and cozy. We used the fridge, microwave, and dishwasher and they had filtered cold water. There were all the things there if you wanted to cook and nice glasses and mugs and plates. There is no bathtub but the shower was spacious and clean and had shampoo/conditioner / body wash for us. We would definitively stay again!
