Sleeps 6. You and your guests can enjoy this beautiful, cozy, and comfortable guard-gated townhouse located in the heart of the North Scottsdale Community of Grayhawk. It features 2,161 sq. ft. with three bedrooms and 2.5 baths. This prime location can't be beaten! Enjoy brand new Kitchenaid Stainless Steel Appliances, new flooring, baseboards, paint, well-appointed Barclay Butera and Pottery Barn interiors, and timeless furniture and decor. The Primary Suite features a large walk-in closet and a full bath ensuite with a luxurious deep soak tub on the main level. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with a large walk-in closet, a Jack & Jill bathroom, and a small loft with office space and a well-stocked library. Gather in a spacious family room with a gas fireplace, 55" Samsung Smart TV, surround sound theater system, wine fridge, and a dining room for six. Absolutely LOVED our stay in Amy’s beautiful townhome at Avian! All the amenities you could need, so close to everything…golf, shopping, restaurants and Amy was always available to answer any questions. If you’re visiting Scottsdale or the surrounding area, I highly recommend staying at her property! We hope to rent from her again!

We had a great stay at this Grayhawk townhome for two weeks. Great location and well equipped with everything needed to feel like home. The owner was very communicative and great to deal with. We’ll be back.

This is a beautiful house. It's a great layout for a family or group of friends (up to 6 people). The 3 bedrooms are in different parts of the house for privacy. There's a huge "great room" for gatherings, which has a large dinning table, very large sofa and stuffed chairs for talking and TV viewing and adjacent kitchen. This room also has high ceilings (maybe 14 feet?) so it has a spacious feel to it. Also it has hard wood floors so it's easy to keep clean with a large group. The kitchen has everything any cook could want, as is the rest of the house. The host has been very thoughtful in assembling everything you might need for your stay. It has an ample 2 car garage in a gated community. I would highly recommend it as an ideal get-away bases for any family or group. On top of all this, the host Amy is top notch, always available for questions, but very respectful of the privacy of her guests. You can't go wrong here!

My husband and I were personally greeted by Amy (the owner) when we arrived, which was greatly appreciated, as she explained details and answered any questions we had. The townhouse is spacious and comfortable and easily accommodated our adult family that stayed with us for part of our time here. We enjoyed the spacious downstairs Master bdrm and big bathroom with adjacent walk in closet, and the King bed was very comfortable. The only negative was the TV in the Master bdrm and TV in one of (the two) upstairs bedrooms did not work. Amy came over and attempted to fix it, but it didn't happen while we were staying. It all worked out though because after our family left, my husband and I had the place to ourselves and could watch what we wanted on the livingroom TV. Our family members said the upstairs beds were comfortable as well. Our daughter and her fiance got the bdrm with the Queen bed, and one of our sons got the full size bed in the 2nd upstairs bdrm. If it was a couple in that room though a full bed would have been a tad cozy, so a queen in both upstairs bdrms would be advantageous. We all used and enjoyed the heated salt water pool and jacuzzi one evening, which was only a short walk down the sidewalk less than a couple blocks away. Overall, I would highly recommend this beautiful 3 bdrm, 2 1/2 bath Townhome with a spacious garage to park, in a lovely, safe Scottsdale community. Sharon Y. (AK)

Great Stay in Scottsdale

We just finished a week at this property with our kids and it was great. It’s in a quiet gated neighborhood close to shops and restaurants. The property itself is nicely decorated and comfortable to use - quiet bedrooms, comfortable beds and couches, stocked kitchen. Amy is very responsive to any questions or needs. All in all, we really enjoyed this property.

Winter Getaway

We came down from Minnesota for a bit of sunshine and to accompany our grandson to his competitive soccer tournament. From the moment we opened the front door to Amy’s warm and comfortable home we knew we made the right decision. Amy was extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The house was tastefully decorated and well stocked with everything we needed. Located close to shopping, great restaurants that were within walking distance, and two pools conveniently located within the complex, Amy’s place perfectly suited our needs. We would highly recommend Amy’s home to anyone looking for an impeccably clean home close to Scottsdale’s finest restaurants and shopping, all nestled into a beautifully manicured golf community. It’s definitely on our list to return again next year. Thanks Amy.

Fantastic Property

We enjoyed our stay at this property! We are in town every February for two weeks for over 20 years and this by far was a favorite stay. Owner was very helpful and quick to respond to messages. The home was equipped with all the necessary conveniences. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking. We loved the added safety of the home being in a gated community that was quiet and peaceful. Grocery, restaurants and shopping very close. A quick drive to WestWorld, Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter. We will definitely stay here again

I am a transplant from the OC but a longtime resident of Grayhawk in Scottsdale. My children grew up here and I have been an active member in my community since 2000. I enjoy walking and hiking our beautiful paths and trails, swimming, skiing, cultural amenities and eating at our many neighborhood restaurants and local haunts. I'm an avid reader and traveler as well as engaged in numerous non-profits such as Family Promise, Alzheimer's Association of the Southwest and St. Jude as well as a volunteer with Honor Health in the NICU at the Shea Campus.

This property has been given what I like to call my 'Chip and Joanna Gaines (Fixer Upper) touch.' I had a vision to make this townhome cozy, comfortable and home to my family, friends and guests. It is in a guard gated premium location and is close to outdoor activities including walking, cycling, tennis, swimming and golf. The property is easily accessible to the 101 Freeway, and shopping centers The Scottsdale Quarter & Kierland Commons. It is also VERY close to West World home of Barrett Jackson Auto Auction and The Arabian Horse Show. Other nearby events and venues include the Waste Management PHOENIX Open at the TPC, spring training, the Music and Instrument Museum and Odysea of the Desert.
