PRIME AUGUST WEEKS AVAILABLE! We just finished remodeling (including a brand new bathroom!) this stylish, immaculate retreat steps from the beach and the famous Seaside Heights Boardwalk! The property is approximately 850 sq. feet and is ideal for a single family with 4 members or 2 couples. The unit includes your own deck with views of fireworks and the ferris wheel. The property is a first floor condo. There are appx 4 steps up to the front door. The property includes parking for 2 cars (1on-site and 1 parking pass). EV ChargePoint Level 2 Chargers are 1 block away. This property includes 4 beach passes and lots of extras. We will not accept any prom or graduation groups and the primary renter must be 27 years or older. All house rules are clearly stipulated prior to booking.Our home is a Smart Home with technology that makes life easier. All TV's are Smart TV’s and High-Speed Wi-Fi is included. Your stay includes free access to YouTube TV. Access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Hulu, etc., via guest account. PLEASE NOTE BED LINENS, BATH TOWELS, BEACH TOWELS, HAND TOWELS, KITCHEN TOWELS AND BATH MATS ARE NOT PROVIDED. RENTERS MUST BRING THEIR OWN SHEETS, TOWELS AND LINENS OR INQUIRE ABOUT A LINEN RENTAL SERVICE. Bedroom #1 is equipped with a Smart TV, while Bedroom #2 is a tv-free retreat. (There are 2 TVs in total in this home.)

The Summer Wind has one entrance with keypad entry for easy access during your stay.There is an adjustable ceiling fan in the kitchen. Central Air and heat regulate the temperature throughout the home. The furniture curated for this retreat is stylish, comfortable and sturdy. It was not intended to be disposable, but rather designed to fit the space and provide function. Please respect it and treat it as you would the furniture in your own well-cared for home. Bed frames are sturdy, topped with highly-rated Wink mattresses and pillows, hoping to bring relaxing and comfortable sleeping nights to our guests. We offer a fully stocked kitchen with all your cooking requirements: dishes, cups, pots, tea kettle, serving platters, eating & cooking utensils, coffee machine, toaster, chopper, blender, baking items, etc. Luggage racks are provided to make unpacking and packing easier. Lots of games and puzzles are included for rainy days! Please note that as per Seaside Heights code, the name and birthdate of all occupants during the rental period must be provided. AS PER OUR SSH BUSINESS LICENSE, NO MORE THAN 4 PEOPLE MAY OCCUPY THE PREMISES (ADULTS + CHILDREN OF ANY AGE). VIOLATION OF THIS RULE WILL RESULT IN A $300 PER ADDITIONAL PERSON FINE PER NIGHT PLUS IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION WITH NO REFUND.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful shore house! The home was comfortable, spotless and had everything we needed for a relaxing get away the location made it easy to enjoy the beach and nearby attractions. The owners were kind attentive and so helpful making sure every detail of our stay was perfect we couldn't have asked for a better vacation spot and cannot wait to come back.

Jennifer was a great host. The place was exactly as described and super clean. Perfect for 2 couples or a family of four. Walking distance to the boardwalk and beach. Parking pass was a plus and balcony was great for people watching. If you haven’t been to Seaside Heights in a while definitely check it out. We would definitely return to stay again. Thank you for hosting us!

Great Place, Great Location

It was super clean and decorated nicely! We felt like we were at the beach. It was spacious and quiet at night. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great vacation getaway

Summerwind is an excellent vacation stay. The condo has all amenities you can imagine and more. Its is impeccably decorated. It is very comfortable for 4 people. It is a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. You can sit on the balcony and watch the fireworks at night. Gen and Jon are gracious hosts.

Seaside Heights

Great location a quick walk to the beach which included everything we needed from the kitchen appliances, kcup and drip coffee makers to choose from, washer/dryer in unit and bluetooth speakers in bathroom with rainfall showerhead. Having beachchairs, umbrellas and cart was a great extra as well as the chocolate snacks left for us. Also ,quick walk from some great restaurants- Hemingways and Klees a few blocks south.

Perfect Seaside Getaway!

The condo was immaculate, roomy, comfortable with so many amenities! Flawless decor, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler...everything one needs for the beach! Hosts are incredibly pleasant and made themselves available if anything was needed or if we had any questions. The welcome donuts were such a sweet gesture. So close to tje beach and boardwalk. Will definitely return!!!

Summer fun

This is a great place to stay in Seaside Heights. The location is perfect. It is a short walk to the boardwalk and beach. We had a great view of the Ferris wheel and rides at Casino Pier and we could see the fireworks from the patio. The booking process was easy. Thank you!

The one your looking for!

House is located in a great location for boardwalk and traveling to Toms River. It is centrally located a short walk to boardwalk. Best host I’ve ever had the pleasure to rent from! Reserved Parking spot was also a plus. Don’t hesitate! This was by far the best rental experience to date.

Perfect location in Seaside Heights

I cannot put into words how amazing our stay was, but I’ll try! First floor on the corner, wonderful view of the Ferris wheel and fireworks from the porch, easy walking distance to everything. This rental was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed. The host was exceptional; easy and polite in communication and very thoughtful. It’s the little things that made this trip great!

Seaside Dream Escape

We had the most marvelous stay at the Island like Oasis. The place was incredible from the warm feel of the colors, to the beautiful kitchen as the gathering place, to the super cool tech features which included tue Bluetooth music hookup in the bathroom, which allowed you to jam out as you got ready to hit the boardwalk. The porch was a great little spot to chill and take in the sights and sounds. Perfect location, as it was a short walk to the beach. Should also be noted that the Property Managers were wonderful and go above and beyond to make sure their guests feel at home. Highly recommend this cozy, modern, special spot for you and your family to stay on your next vacation!

Amazing Find

I traveled with my younger son and husband. We absolutely loved everything about Geneiveve & Jonathan’s home. Let me start with how picky I am with cleanliness. I felt right at home as soon as we walked in. This home was immaculate! Location was amazing . The perfect spot to be in Seaside for many reasons. Everything you will need is a very short walk of 2-5 minutes. Boardwalk , beach, restaurants, convenience store , water park & go carts (which my son loved ) Condo had everything you could possibly need. The keurig and pods were an awesome surprise!! Checking in and out was so simple . Communication was perfect from start to finish. Thankyou so much again for the sweet surprise treat. They were delicious! I hope I covered everything on this amazing place because it really was wonderful. We would love to come back again next summer .

A perfect host - A perfect place!

Let's start off with the property. What you see is what you get. The cottage is every bit as pleasant as the pictures show. Genevieve is a charm also. Communication through texts and messages is answered within 5 minutes (like all the time). She also guides you through the whole check-in process. Wondering about unpredictables? Our sink leaked, and we sent a text on a Saturday evening. The next text was whether we minded if someone dropped by in 20 minutes. 20 minutes! Genevieve changed the whole fawcett. Yup! The whole thing. When travelling, you always feel a bit insecure about your host. With Genevieve, rest assured that you never feel insecure. I don't want to spoil the fun but she even left us a surprise at our doorstep on the first morning of our stay. Other things to note are the host's keen attention to detail for spices, condiments, and pharmaceuticals you might have left behind. These details add up to make Genevieve the best host we've ever had on VRBO!

Creating this special space has been a labor of love; collecting the furnishings and spending many months painting, hammering, planning, drawing and scheming to design a place that we love coming home to was an important goal for us. Our Jersey Shore memories include family, friends, a little sunburn, a lot of music, boardwalk pizza and skeeball. Though we've been visiting the Shore since we were children, new memories are added to those childhood memories each time we visit and that's our goal for our guests.

As Tom Waits (and Bruce Springsteen who sang Tom's song) says, Down the Shore Everything's Alright. And it is.

This charming condo has been thoughtfully decorated with lots of extras - 4 beach badges, off street parking + 1 on street parking pass, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and so much more! We chose this location because of its close proximity to the beach, its friendly neighbors and its convenience to area stores and restaurants.

Our property is not your typical shore house. You won't find a nautical theme or anchors or fishing nets. We created a mid-century modern beachy retreat where you'll instantly feel at home (and a little pampered). We tried to anticipate our guests every need and hope they love staying at our property as much as we do!
