Lovely Home for our Family of 5.

Absolutely loved our stay in Cabo! The property was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed. The views were stunning, and the location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Our host was super responsive and helpful with local recommendations. Would definitely stay here again!

An amazing birthday weekend

We truly enjoyed our stay at Villa Benito; the house was amazing, and the property manager made everything seamless and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Would highly recommend a trip to Cabo and the choice to stay here!

Perfect getaway in Pedregal

Ruben went above and beyond to make our stay in Cabo amazing! The house was clean and super convenient to have a bathroom in every room. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great place to stay.

This is a great place to stay for large groups of family or friends. Everything you need is there. We were able to really relax. It is not an easy walk to town or the sea. It's best to drive yourself or catch an Uber. The host was available.

Great house. Modern. Comfortable. Has everything you need.

The host was great. Kept checking on us to make sure all was well or of we needed anything. Every room had its own bathroom. TVs in every room and a huge tv outdoors to enjoy while you take in the sun at the pool. Great experience overall.

What a beautiful Property in the Pedregal community

Ben was excellent to communicate with and responsive to any questions. The property is so relaxing and inviting for guests that want to be secluded but with great communal areas to congregating as the group as well. I give this property my highest recommendation. I look forward to renting it in the future! There is also a concierge Oscar that managed the property for him but was also extremely responsive to our needs/requests and was able to get us discounts on activities as well.

Beautiful home

Really nice house in a great location in the hills above the city. Less than a mile walk down to the waterfront, but a steep walk back up. Not a problem if you have a car, which we did, but worth knowing about. Nice, quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful home! Very clean . We had a group of 8 adults and it was so perfect for us. It is very close to downtown area. Beautiful view. & Ruben the owner was AWESOME. He was on standby for the whole stay and helped us with all our needs if anything was wrong. Would definitely come back to this gorgeous home. Thank you Ruben!

Hidden gem

Villa Benito was the perfect place to get away for the weekend. Nice, modern, clean. Layout is great and everything is updated. Each room has a TV and although the yard is small, the sun hits it perfectly during the day. You can’t beat Pedregal as far as location. Close to shops, marina, and restaurants. The Courtside cafe is delicious and there are abundant Pickleball courts. We will definitely be back. Loved every second.

Best Trip EVER!

As world travelers and frequent VRBO users, we all agreed that this was THE BEST TRIP EVER! Thanks to our host, Ruben and a property that was meant for a best friend trip. We were first timers to Cabo and left as travel experts thanks to our amazing host Ruben who set up dinners, connected us with a great driver (Raul!!!) and took all the worry away. Everyone had fun, caught world class fish and we spent hours in the courtyard of the house hanging out together. He even brought us a birthday cake for my husbands bday. We will be back Ruben - see you soon! Thank you for the best trip ever!!!

Fantastic property in beautiful Pedregal

Visited with a group of friends to celebrate my birthday. The property was amazing, in the very secure Pedregal neighborhood. The house is perfectly laid out for a group, with two bedrooms at either end of the house and a large social area in the middle, which opens to the private backyard, pool and hot tub. The host Ruben was very attentive and was able to coordinate all activities we were seeking, and went above and beyond to take care of our group. The house was clean and was fully stocked with what we needed before we arrived. It’s a quick car ride from the house to the marina area and where you can find pretty much anything you could want from Cabo San Lucas! Never again will I try to stay at an all inclusive resort there! The only potential downfall is that it’s not a walkable distance to the marina, but otherwise this was so much more relaxing and fun for my friends and I.

Great Spot - Poor Communication

Ruben did a good job initially setting us up with a driver and a private chef for the weekend. When we arrived, there was supposed to be a lunch with the chef. However, no one arrived, and Ruben was unresponsive. Ruben eventually got in touch with me. He claims he just got out of surgery, but I have no way to know if this is true. Also, I wish he would have let me know that or had me in touch with another point of contact (if it was true). I was able to get in touch with the chefs and coordinate the remaining two dinners. Then when the chefs were leaving they asked for us to pay the full amount. I had already put down a 50% deposit and the chef told me that Ruben hadn't paid them the 50% and that this wasn't the first time that he had done this. We tried calling Ruben and he didn't answer. They could have been lying and trying to scam more money out of me. I only paid them the remaining balance, because I don't want to be another sucker. I also had to talk them down some since they weren't there for the lunch. They could have been lying, Ruben could have been ripping them off, they both could have been lying. You might think I sound like a jerk, but honestly in Cabo scams are a plenty. You have to watch out for yourself and others in these situations. Maybe everyone was being honest and the end result was fine, but communication was poor throughout the process.
