Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home with self-check in capability via a smart lock. This property is professionally managed by Haustay Vacation Rentals who will always be available for any guest inquiries.
Quiet hours outdoors start at 9PM. No parties are allowed. Dinners between 8 to 12 people are allowed. No more than 7 guests sleeping in the home. No Pets. Security Deposit Hold of $1,000 required prior to guest arrival. Security deposit will be kept in its entirety in the event guest violates the no party rule, smoking in the home, pets without approval, or disturbs neighbors after quiet hours with noise, and guest will be removed from the property with no refund.
