Please note: A major construction project is scheduled from June 2025 through April 2026. During this time, the pool or portions of the pool may be closed. Nice and Clean

This unit was perfect. Newly renovated. All new everything from what I could tell. Earlier comments from last year do not matter anymore. They really updated everything.

AWFUL!!!!

This place was TERRIBLE. After we sent our pictures of how terrible to the place was, it was taken off the market not to be rented again until a TOTAL REMODEL!!! And management has yet to reach out and offer ANY KIND OF REFUND!!! This is $60-70/ night motel room. NOT a fun vacation room!!

Great view

The location of this property is perfect and the views from the balcony are amazing. The check in and out process is easy. The place really needs to be updated. The AC unit really struggled to keep the unit comfortable in the summer heat. There are nails exposed where the carpet meets tile so beware. Make sure you pack dish and bath rags as none are provided. And i would bring extra tissue, paper towels, garbage bags, and dish soap as only a starter pack is supplied. Overall i enjoyed my stay but wouldnt recommend for the price.

Needs updated for what you pay

Needs a lot of updates as well as major repairs glass going from master bed door to balcony was about to fall out called and said to send pictures and someone would be right out to repair never came also open balcony door from living room and lock fell off only 4 chairs outside on balcony with 4 guests one chair on dining room about to fall apart no one could use definitely won’t stay here again and it is way overpriced with the fees they charge for no repairs to be made also tubs were stained and trim falling off doors I feel like I should receive money back for staying there !

Florida getaway

The condo was clean and just as described. It’s been newly renovated, so there were’t any hair dryers or “extra perks” (local restaurant cups that offer discounted drinks, beach chairs, beach mats/toys) like we’ve seen in other condos. Upon arrival we noticed a cabinet door was off and there was a stain on the couch, we let management know, and asked that they let us know when they’d be by (but also let them know we weren’t in a rush to have either fixed, since it didn’t bother us). They thanked us for letting them know, but never reached out to let us know someone would be by to fix the cabinet. We came home one afternoon and it was done. Not a huge deal, but it would’ve been nice of them to communicate they were coming, since all of our belongs were in the condo. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and liked the condo, so we’d look at renting it again in the future.

Not worth your hard earned money!

The property is unsafe and needs to be taken off rental until completely renovated. There is mold on the baseboards and coming out of the vents. The glass on the door of the master bedroom is literally falling out of the frame. When we reported these things, the property manager, Southern Vacation Rentals was no help. If you call them you get an answering service that will only take a message from you. They did send a text that the doors would be replaced after we checked out - which did little for us. 1/2 of the electrical outlets do not work. There’s no cable or streaming on the tvs. There is a sour, wet smell to literally everything in the unit. The sofa and loveseat are nasty and completely worn out as is the mattress in the master bedroom. I will never rent through Southern Vacation Rentals again.
