Una impresionante marca frente al mar nueva; construido poste Sandy en junio de 2015 hito por Studio Tagland con gracia comandos eternamente cambiantes vistas del Océano Atlántico de sus muchas cubiertas de envoltura y extensiones de vidrio. 4,400 pies cuadrados de esta Cámara.. De espacio habitable incluye 7 habitaciones, 4 de las cuales son suites y 6 baños, más sala de polvo.
La cocina rectángulo con encimera de granito y gran centro de la isla, comedor concepto abierto y área de la familia circular dan la sensación de estar envuelto en el abrazo de la familia y amigos. El flujo habitación es perfecta. Esta oferta Casa incluye un ascensor y 2 bares húmedos. Único en todo el mundo. 80 ft. De frente al mar, marca la nueva construcción y amueblado con gusto moderno. Todas las salas de estar y los dormitorios tienen pisos de madera. La casa tiene la capacidad de alojar hasta 16 personas.
Hay una gran terraza en la azotea para la ubicación de reunión perfecto para todas las comidas o conversaciones nocturnas con amigos. Siente esta cubierta de la azotea con vistas al mar, la bahía y el puente inolvidables en la medida que el ojo puede ver. Usted puede lavar los platos mientras contempla el mar desde los grandes ventanales. Ver la 60 "HD TV del sofá circular y sección.

Spacious, beautiful and fun

It was spacious enough for everyone to live comfortably, have great family times and have their own space. We had great views of the beach and it was easy to get around. The rooftop provided beautiful sunset pictures as well. We would highly recommend this rental and hope to be back soon

Amazing beach house!

We are happy to have rented this beach house for our vacation. The owner was very responsive to all inquiries. The home was beautiful with gorgeous views of the ocean. Conveniently located near a grocery store as well. Very, very nice area. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful, relaxing stay

Beautiful home on beach

Home is beautiful and view is incredible. The rooftop deck is amazing. Home wasn’t super clean and I’d recommend to bring your own blankets along with your linens as I don’t think the blankets were cleaned before we arrived.

Beautiful home with amazing views!

My extended family and I (15 people, including kids ranging in age from 8-21) had a fantastic week in this beautiful and comfortable home. The rooftop deck is huge and offers gorgeous views of the ocean and the bay. The location of the house is convenient to grocery shopping and the ice cream shop, which the kids loved walking to in the evenings. We'll definitely be back!

What a Home!

Right on the ocean with spectacular views and a great breeze. We never even turned on the AC because the breeze is so nice. Very clean. Walking distance to Acme and fantastic ice cream. Great kitchen to cook for a large group. Big six burner stove with huge oven. Lots of refrigerator space.

Wow!

This property is awe inspiring. The views are so big and gorgeous. Watched the waves and the moon and dolphins playing in the surf. We ate all our meals on site because why would you leave? Spectacular. The house itself is spacious, comfortable and well maintained. The decks are the best ever. From the roof, full view of ocean and bay. What a nice spot to chat and enjoy a glass of wine. The property would be wonderful for a larger group but it was divine for the four of us! Sure hope to return!

Supreme rental.

Ten women traveling together is not easy. To NOT have a single complaint about the accommodations is a very rare thing. We have been lbi vacationers for years. Never have we had a home with EVERYTHING absolutely perfect. Not only are they the best views, and endless conveniences including an elevator but it was also immaculate. The only complaint I have is that we had to leave. We can't wait t to return . Thank you thank you thank you .

CAN'T WAIT!

Hello new owners, I am writing this in anticipation of our stay in 7/2016. The place looks great and I am glad I personally pushed for it. After reading the reviews (thus far), I am hoping that by the time we come you will have expanded on your outdoor furniture. We've rented for years now at the shore and have never had a home without a sturdy umbrella in a nice sized table for us to gather outside with a little relief from the sun. This is especially needed for the most mature people in our family who really need it as they want to "be at the beach outside" but not in direct sun as they cannot walk in the sand often. I see the smaller picnic table in one corner but with larger groups I hope you reconsider this. We can't wait and hope this will be the house we come to year after year! Shhh...don't tell anyone how breathtaking this house is...

...because we can't wait to go back! I'm sure the owners will have NO problem keeping this place fully booked every summer! I stayed with a group of 14 adults for half vacation/half work retreat over a long weekend. The house was spacious, thoughtfully appointed, spotlessly clean and well-constructed. The views!! The views of the water never got old. Even though the weather was a bit cloudy and rainy, it was still relaxing to curl up on the couch and just watch the ocean. The house is so close to the waterfront (and the views were so expansive) that you always feel like you're AT the beach, even the weather prevents you from being ON the beach. Also, the proximity made it easy to dash outside to the waterfront to catch few hours of sunlight here and there. The house is literally steps from the ocean, which makes it super convenient going back and forth for drinks, snacks, the bathroom, etc. Our group has traveled a lot to various beaches over the years, but this is the first house where everyone got their own room, king/queen sized bed, and their own bathroom. After so many years of room-sharing and jockeying people around, it was so nice for all the adults to be able to spread out and have their own space and their privacy. The kitchen was huge, open, and well-supplied. We had a personal chef/friend in our group who cooked dinner for us one night. It very easy for him to work but also enjoy our company thanks to the big open living space. The outdoor space was also incredible...the pair of roof deck loungers were so comfortable and a HUGE plus. It felt like being on vacation at a resort. (A couple more roof deck loungers--I think that is the ONLY tiny thing I could think of to improve upon this incredible property.) If the weather had been nicer, I'm sure we would have been fighting over who got to spread out on them! :P Overall, we had a wonderful weekend and I'm sure we will be making a return visit!

If you have a lot of family wanting to get together, this house is perfect. Three floors, seven bedrooms places to congregate places to relax on your own. We enjoyed it so much. The Beach access was wonderful. The outside decks made you feel like you were on the beach. My favorite time of day was in the afternoon after the sun went over the house. I could sit out on the deck and watch the water as people left the beach.

the third floor kitchen, dining area, common area is huge with a great unobstructed view of the beach and ocean along the long side of the house. the balcony on that level and the rooftop deck provide even more space with great views. the owner is very friendly, responsive, and easy to contact. would definitely rent this place again

Thanks for the New Family Memories!

This gorgeous oceanfront home was spacious and the hosts were gracious! The layout was excellent for our family gatherings to enjoy meals and game nights around the large dining room table. The open entertaining area is framed by expansive views of the ocean. Sleeping rooms are clean and well-proportioned with views everywhere. Other nice perks offered by this home: rooftop deck, plenty of seating for family movie nights, wine fridge, well-appointed kitchen. The elevator came in especially handy for a niece who broke her ankle 2 days before our arrival. Everyone in the family gives this place 5 stars with hopes to return soon. Thank you Nahar family!

We are a professional couple (a computer engineer and a physician) and Two daughters enjoy the ocean. We went to Newport mansion and fell in love with vacation home and started dreaming about this idea of vacation house. We live in Warren, NJ and love every minute we get to spend in our Dream home.

It is on Dr Beach's TOP 10 Beach list.
It is well known for its white sand, clean water and 18 miles length.
LBI is well connected to NY, Philadelphia and Atlantic City is close by.
Sun, beach, surf! Just relax! Sit on the beach and watch the waves crash! Or read a good book or enjoy cocktail on one of the multiple wrap around decks!

From the living room window on the second floor, enjoy the most spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and Bay at the same time.
Situated on Northern corner lot and 80 on Atlantic appears to be 120 creating stunning southern exposure and panoramic views.
4 of the 7 bedrooms have attached full bath. 5 bedrooms with ocean views. The lifeguards are located directly in front of the house during the season. Restaurants and skipper Dipper are close by. The sounds of the ocean are amazing and soothing.
