Water views and a 2 min walk to beautiful Scarborough Beach makes this 4 bedroom 2 bath home perfect for summer rental with a large deck in front of house over looking the beach for entertaining after a full day at the beach. Home has another deck in the back of kitchen with grill and an outdoor dining for 6 people with a small but cute yard .This home is great for three couples or friends or a family with kids that want privacy having the kids stay in lower level. You are close to restaurants, boat to Block island , six min to Narragansett town beach but most important the best part about this home is waking up to a beautiful view and crossing the street to the beach.

This was one of the best vacations and rentals we’ve experienced in over 30 years coming to Narragansett/Point Judith. The house is in an awesome location (10 walk to beach). The house was exactly as described a the views of the ocean from the front deck couldn’t be better. House was incredibly clean upon arrival and it was stocked with all necessary essentials you would need. Susan, the host, couldn’t have been nicer and was very responsive both before arrival and during our stay. We are already looking forward to coming back to this house next year!Simply put, it was an awesome week at this house!!!

Beautiful house in a great location with a short walk to the beach. The wagon came in handy for transporting all our stuff to the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the decks and the view of the beach from the front deck. We would have loved an umbrella on the back deck for some afternoon shade. Susan was super responsive to any questions or concerns we had before our arrival and throughout our stay.

This property has it all, location, great layout and decor

We really enjoy this property, it really has it all, walking distance to beach and stunning view from front deck, the kitchen is large and had everything we needed. The back deck had a large grill and patio set. The house is spacious and very comfortable as we travel with my daughter and her family. Susan is great to deal and always responds quickly.

Wonderful property. Neat, modern, 4 bedrooms. Across the street from Scarborough Beach with ocean view off front porch balcony. Also, prime location to Block Island ferry, Newport, and down town Narragansett. We will be back!

70th Birthday Celebration

I got the stay for my spouse’s birthday and the kids and grandkids stayed the beginning of the week and friends stayed a few days and my mom and sister came towards the end of the week and we had the last day alone. Even the dog came we were able to walk a couple miles a day. It was awesome and it helped that the weather cooperated. Will definitely come back. This was my first VRBO experience!!!!

Stay at ocean view home

This was our 1st time staying at this property & it was a great experience. We asked if there was a fire pit on the property and the owner , Susan, said no “but I will get you one”. Well, not only was there a fire pit there when we arrived , but there was also wood & kindling. Thanks so much as our daughters and their friends enjoyed it . The home was beautiful with a great view., and walking distance to the beach. The owner was very responsive right from the beginning at time if booking & even only last day. The only suggestion would be if there were tv’s in the downstairs bedrooms..for the guests to watch… Would definitely stay at this property again!!

Great location and house. The beach is close but the deck is so nice that we almost enjoyed it as much as the beach. This is a great spot and we will rent again.

This property has it all

Beautiful house, great location, wonderful view and short walk to beach We enjoyed the decks, especially the front with a great view of Scarborough Beach. The home is set up perfectly, my husband and I stayed upstairs while my daughter and family had the downstairs which is separate and private.

Beautiful home with a great location!

We've been renting in Narragansett for 15 years and this stay has been our favorite! Perfect location with a lovely deck and a water view. Inside is spacious for a family of 7 adults. Open kitchen with all the amenities you may need. Clean, updated bathrooms, one on each floor. Outdoor shower was a plus!! 6 minute walk to the beach. We absolutely loved our stay! We will be back!

So close to the beach!

We stayed a week with various family members and friends. The location was perfect. We had beautiful beach weather and loaded up our gear and walked to the beach every day. It's a busy beach, but being able to walk made the access so much easier. The house was small, but fit everything! Narragensett is a great area with so much to do and it is lovely. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great location

An eight minute stroll to the beautiful, clean beach. The cottage was perfect for our family of five adults and our little dog. The kitchen was well stocked with modern appliances, sharp cooking knives, and a shelf of spices. Our host was always available and quick with a response. Truly a gem

Nice property and communicative host

We really enjoyed our stay at this property - it had everything we expected from the listing. It was spacious and clean. We loved the front and back porch. The property is a short walk to beach. A minor recommendation is have beach umbrellas to go along with the beach chairs and lobster utensils to go along with the lobster pot. :). Thank you for a good week. We hope to come back.

Amazing stay!

We fell in love with this property! Everything listed about it is 100% accurate. The house was spotless when we arrived, and it had everything we could possibly need for the week. The baby gate was already installed at the top of the spiral staircase, which was super helpful with our 2 year old. The beach is a short & easy walk and the house itself is a great location. We enjoyed dinner at Trio & Coast Guard house which was a short drive! We also got Icecream and food from Dad’s deli which was an easy walk down the street. All around, great stay and cannot wait to book again!

2023 Summer Vacation

Wonderful experience that started with fabulous host interaction. Beautiful, well equipped home. Comfortable. Location is great - walk to the beach so convenient for early morning strolls, quick trips to get food from the pantry or fridge, or gazing at the moon while sitting on the beach at night.

Great stay close to Scarborough beach

This property was exactly as it was advertised, a clean, newly remodeled space that was less than a 5 min walk to Scarborough beach. Susan was very responsive both before and during our stay and accommodated requests like installing a baby gate at the top of the spiral staircase in the house. It was the perfect size for a family of 4 with a little extra room to spare. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make dinner and we even hosted some family over for a meal one evening. There were plenty of serving platters and a grill on the back porch that’s great for a BBQ. Would stay here again and recommend to others looking for a place to stay in Narragansett.

Very nice stay!

Nice place to stay, walking distance to a big and beautyfull beach. A bit of shade on the balconies would have been appreciated, we had a very sunny week :). We would come back!

We have both traveled too many countries and always come back to RI appreciating our town and our beaches more than before. We cater to our clients as we liked to be catered to with impeccable, homes, cleanliness and try to do our best to make your stay as wonderful as possible . We are only 10-15 min away from all our rentals and always here to accommodate any questions or problems .

We chose this property because how close it is to the beach, We also loved the lay out and the spiral staircase that goes down to the other three bedrooms and bath . We loved looking straight at the beach from the large beautiful living room windows and the beautiful deck on the front of the house for nighttime drinks or morning coffee.

Unique benefits of this house is the proximity to the beach ! I love that you don't have to drive a car and can just carry your towel and beach chair and hear to the beach for the day.
