Welcome to our 50 acre ranch just 25 minutes from Park City. The property feels like a world away but it's close to all that you love to do in the mountains like Skiing, Snowmobiling, ATV, Golf, Horseback, Fishing & More! This executive home was completed in 2021 with comfortable, mountain decor, full bed stone accents, wood posts, marble counters, and fine artwork. It features a main floor primary suite, chef's kitchen, great room with massive stone wood burning fireplace and an office. The daylight lower level features another wonderful guest suite with king bed, another bedroom with two full size beds (can convert to queen w/notice), a gym, massage/yoga room, a den with flat screen TV, pellet stove, mini fridge and micro. There is also cold storage to house some of your favorite vintages. From both levels, you can enjoy some of the best mountain views. There are washing machines on both levels for your convenience. Outdoors, there is a 20 foot swim spa/hot tub and fire pit with Adirondack chairs. The property is home to our horses and plenty of wildlife so bring your spotting scope and enjoy hikes right on property or adjacent land.
For the outdoor enthusiasts, the ranch abuts over 600 acres of open land and the National Forest access is just up the road. Our property is minutes from Red Ledges Club, 108 holes of golf, numerous trails, lakes and blue ribbon fly fishing on the famed Provo River. Deer Valley, Park City and Sundance are within a short drive for mountain enjoyment any time of the year.
Conveniently located just minutes from the nearest grocery store and restaurant, the property is 15 minutes to the Deer Valley Gondola and 25 minutes to Park City Main Street.
