→ INITIAL SUPPLIES UPON ARRIVAL - Millerbnbs furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap starter pack, and one paper towel roll. Each bathroom has travel size amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. Two rolls of toilet paper are provided.

→ TOWELS - We provide 1 bath towel and 1 washcloth per guest, along with 1 hand towel for each bathroom and 1 kitchen towel per stay.

→ PARKING - One parking pass is included in your reservation. Guests will be able to park in the covered parking garage.

→ SECURITY DEPOSIT - A refundable $200 hold will be placed on your card prior to check-in. If there is no damage to the unit—including towels and linens—the hold will be released within 7 days after your stay.

Exactly as listed

This property was exactly as advertised. You have a great view of the beautiful beach and ocean from the bed. The fridge was stocked with cold water, the linens were clean and arranged in a comfortable manner and easy to locate. My fiancé and I would 100% rent this unit again. We went in off peak season so travel was easy, elevators were not crowded or inaccessible. Parking was slightly challenging. The property owner got called out of town for an emergency, but was able to secure the parking passes and wristbands which they do check! Security is on staff there 24-7. You will need your wristbands to enter the parking deck, access all entrances. Pro’s : budget friendly, beach/ocean view pineapple Willie’s is next door, clean and comfortable, fridge stocked with water, dishwasher, stove, plates, cups and silverware, microwave, pull out couch, large tv, furnished balcony. Cons: entry door sticks and needs to be adjusted. The automatic door closer is too strong. No internet and tv doesn’t connect to Apple devices as it states. The bed is very very firm. Again we would 100% stay here again! These are my personal thoughts and some of these things are on building maintenance not the owner. He was polite, respectful and egar to help. These are very minor things but could be better. We resolved the bed with 3 inches of memory foam we got at target. Walmart is across the street and WH is around the corner

We had a great time ! Condo was very nice and so was the host.

We had a great time ! Condo was very nice and clean!!! Perfect for me and my spouse. Overall spot on beach was perfect. Loved being close to pineapple Willy’s so we could just walk and get drinks to go for beach.

The Best!

Our stay was perfect! The room was a perfect size for my wife and myself. Everything was clean and organized. Check in was simple. The resort was crowded, but we expected this. I will say previous reviews had us worried, but we had no issues.

We had a few issues while we there. Even with the issues it was easy to get ahold of the property manager and get the issues fixed. We had a fantastic time while staying here.

If you like the 'MTV Spring Break' vibe with thousands of people - Stay here

If you like the 'MTV Spring Break' vibe with thousands of people and 15 minute waits for elevators, stay here. We took the stairs most of the time. 100 degree weather walking up/down several flights of stairs (we were on 19th floor). The door to our unit would not open. I have bruises on my side from trying to push it open every time we used it. The room was old. The curtains were stained with mold, the fridge was rusted, the AC unit was hanging off the wall, the dishes had dried food on them, the bowls still had water in them in the cupboard like they were hand washed and not dried. There was no hairdryer, no assigned beach chair / umbrella. The parking garage is 12 levels and this unit did not have an assigned spot, but a spot marked with yellow, so every time we came and went, we circled 12 times to the top level to the available yellow spot. Coming and going at 10 am or 4 pm is a huge backup of cars in the garage as well as the elevators. The pool is great if you can find a chair or a spot to go in with the hundreds of other guests. There are 225 units here and 23 floors, so if 4 people stay in each unit that means 900 people on site. You get the picture. Same with the beach access.

Relaxing Studio Home-Away-From-Home

The property description and the property itself matched perfectly! The owner/host was very responsive and helpful. One thing that stood out was that the paper products left were of good quality and ample amounts! 3 full-sized garbage bags, 2 rolls of SOFT toilet paper, 2 rolls of absorbent paper towels, as well as dryer sheets, laundry pods, and dishwasher pods. We didn’t need it all, but it was a nice touch. I have stayed in so many rentals that provided the bare minimum and poor quality items, so that even on a 3 night rental, we had to go and buy these items. We enjoyed the beach, pool, and doughnut shop. The live music from Pineapple Willy’s deck was enjoyed from the balcony on two nights, yet we couldn’t hear a thing with the sliding glass doors closed. We also enjoyed the new Wharf Buffet that is literally a walk across the street!!

Great condo!

This condo was awesome! Very comfy. Had everything I needed for a 9 day stay. Great views from the balcony and the walkway between the elevator and condo. Everything was clean and fresh. The location was convenient to local attractions. I would definitely recommend this condo, and I would gladly stay here again!

Nice stay at the beach

We enjoyed the property and while it’s a very small unit, it’s all we needed for the two of us. We enjoyed the nice view from the balcony and easy access to the beach. Pools looked amazing, but we chose to spend our time with our toes in the sand. We cooked in the kitchen all meals but 2 and enjoyed both eating in and out. Logan recommended several dining locations and seafood market and they were excellent. Thankful for this last week.
