Shores of Panama 2327 is a very comfortable 1-bedroom condo in Panama City Beach. It rests on the top floor of the complex with a magnificent view of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy watching the sunset from your balcony. The moment you arrive you know you've made the right choice for your beach vacation.

Walk into the living area and notice plenty of comfortable seating for your group, coupled with an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico. In the condo, you'll find a large flat-screen TV in case you just want to relax and catch a movie with the HD Direct TV.

You can sit on the large, beige comfortable couch that can easily fit 2 people. Curl up with your loved one and turn on your favorite show on the TV to relax after a long day of exploring. Or, you can sit on the love seat and gaze out of the window to see the other buildings, incredible bright blue water, palm trees blowing in the breeze, or watch the sunset in the distance.

Right next to the couch, you can set your drinks on one of the two couch-side tables that make it easy for you to watch TV and sip on your cup of coffee early in the morning or sip on a glass of wine or beer in the evenings. If you are sitting on the love seat, you can prop your feet up on the convenient coffee table that can hold remotes, utensils, mugs, plates, magazines, books, and other items! Plus, you can use this common living room space to bring over more guests and share your space with up to 5 other people. There is a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa that sleeps 2.


After you are done relaxing for a few hours, it might be time to make breakfast, lunch, or dinner for your guests. The good thing is that the apartment is an open floor plan, making it feel even bigger than it already is! In just a few steps, you can walk from the couches or love seat to the kitchen to begin prepping food for your family or friends.

The kitchen is fully stocked with almost everything you would use at home to prepare a fabulous meal. We recommend seafood, it's always fresh. If you want to make a nice seafood dinner for your guests, you can use the modern stove, oven, and granite countertop to prepare and get the fish ready. Even if you are not a 5-star Michelin chef, you will enjoy using the ample counter space, new appliances, and tons of storage space for your snacks, dried goods, and spices.

There is plenty of dining seating at the bar and the four-seat dining table. You'll find the appliances are stainless steel. The fridge and freezer are spacious and have an ice maker. Don't worry, the dishwasher will take care of the dishes so you can enjoy the beach.

And if you need more dining space for you and your guests, you can combine the high-top kitchen bar stools with the formal dining room table. We think it is nice how the kids can sit at the countertop space and the adults can sit at the dining room table to have a formal dinner, talk over drinks, play a game of cards, or play a board game on the wooden table.

There is a large front-loading washer/dryer in the closet just behind the kitchen. Instead of having to find a local laundromat or dry cleaners to wash your bathing suits, clean your towels, or dry clean a special dress for a big night out, you can do that in the comfort of your own condo!

Just down the entry hallway you'll find the bunk room. Comfy twin/twin bunks are perfect for the kids. There is a private bathroom in the bunk area with a stand-up shower. This condo is truly the ideal place for a family, or two families, to spend a vacation together! The kids will love having a “sleepover” with one another in the bunk bed room.


Back to the entry of the condo, you'll find the master bedroom. We've given you a comfortable king size bed with comfy pillows, we do want you to rest well... There is a dresser for storage and a closet. The flat-screen TV should help you unwind at the end of the day. The master bathroom has a tub/shower. Before you go to bed, you can head into the ensuite bathroom to rinse the sand off of your feet, de-stress, and wash your face before hopping into bed for the night.

The Shores of Panama Resort is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico with stunning views from every balcony. These spacious condominiums are fully equipped with everything you need to cook, if you wish! Also has a washer/dryer. The Shores of Panama is known for its 14,000 sq. ft. tropical lagoon style pool. It's surrounded by the greenest landscapes around. Hungry? Thirsty? Check out the pool-side Tiki bar for a nice frozen drink, or a bite to eat from the grill.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING! Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667 requires all occupants to be 21 years of age or older, unless a family with children. All occupants over the age of 18 will be required to submit a government-issued ID, such as a driver's license, at the time of booking. Vacations Perfected is legally required to keep these IDs on file for inspection from the City of Panama City Beach. Vacations Perfected is legally required to obtain the names and ages of ALL occupants of the property, regardless of age, for inspection from the City of Panama City Beach. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 – Memorial Day, and other dates as determined by the city when needed. Vacations Perfected takes this ordinance seriously, the fines that could be enforced upon Vacations Perfected could include loss of our rental license. Remember, city ordinances take precedence over policies of 3rd party sites such as Airbnb and VRBO. If you aren't comfortable providing the above-mentioned documentation as required by the city, we suggest booking elsewhere. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.

Ordinance 1667 also states that guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian while on property after 10:00pm. This includes parking garages, pool decks, walkways, elevators, and beach access points. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian during curfew hours of 8:00pm to 5:00am while inside the city limits of Panama City Beach. This includes sidewalks, the sandy beach, parking lots, stores, public parks, etc. No more than 2 minors can accompany 1 parent or adult guardian. Violation of the ordinance can result in fines to the parent or guardian and eviction from the property by the city. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 – Memorial Day, and other dates as determined by the city when needed.

Why is this ordinance in place? In recent years, Panama City Beach has been overrun by minors and young adults looking to do nothing more than start trouble in our city. City officials have enacted this ordinance to take a stance against this type of behavior, and make it an enjoyable area for everyone again.

This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with. This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.

Elevator access can be a challenge but the property has its own access to the beach which made for great days in the sun.

Lovely location, Busy Elevator

The condo was very nice. The only issue was the long wait for the elevator to the 24th floor. Some days elevators were down. Otherwise a great stay!

Nice stay at the Shores of Panama

Everything was good about the place except the cleanliness. It really seemed like it had not been cleaned after last guest. We had to wear shoes at all times in the room because our feet would turn black. Other than that it was a great place. Just need to work on the cleaning.

Very disappointed

The condo was never cleaned and several items were broken or non operational. During our time this was gunfire involved in the next door property which resulted in a death.

Too high for me

The condo was nice. The floors were vacuumed, but have not been mopped in some time! My grandsons feet were black from walking on it in less than 30 min of arrival. The tub was not clean either. It had a rough film on it, so it was washed out but not scrubbed. I did not feel comfortable letting my grandson take a bath in it. There were no sharp knives and not a lot of dishes in my opinion, I was extremely frightened about the level floor that it was on, if that information had been made available up front , I would have not booked it. The one parking place and parking overall was a nightmare, It made us never to want to leave because it was such a huge undertaking! Otherwise, the pool was gorgeous! The view was also gorgeous just too high !

I liked the view from the balcony, westerly view, sunset every night ad it was unobstructed, very quiet, easy walk to the beach, good security. A lot of Sand on the floor and in the dryer, trash can was filthy, master bathroom toilet didn’t work all week, coffee maker broken after 2 uses, found socks and debris in the sofa, left from previous residents.
