Spend your vacation in comfort and style at Long Beach Resort. Located on the 14th floor of Tower 3, this condo has so much to offer. This tastefully decorated 750 sq ft condo is just the place for you to get away and relax. The spacious balcony is your own private beachside oasis where you can enjoy your morning coffee, or end the day with a nice glass of chardonnay.

Access the balcony from your bedroom or living room. Both rooms have floor to ceiling windows for fabulous views of the Gulf. Newly installed tile, cabinets, and granite throughout!!

The condo features a king size bed in the bedroom, while the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Perfect for families!! Completely remodeled bathroom, with new cabinets and countertops! The bathroom features a huge walk in shower and double granite vanities so everyone has plenty of room to get ready for the beach or an evening out.

The kitchen features all new everything. Brand new cabinets, counters, and all new stainless steel appliances. There is a dining room table that seats four, and a breakfast bar with seating for two.

Long Beach Resort sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico's sugar white sandy beaches. The resort features 2 Polynesian pools (seasonally heated), 3 Jacuzzi spas, and a 6800 square foot lagoon pool complete with palm tree islands, waterfalls & lush tropical landscaping and a seasonal poolside bar and grill.

Long Beach Resort has security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking is directly in front of your building -- not across the street --not in a high-rise tight-spaced parking garage! Beach Service offers rentals for chairs and umbrellas, jet skis, para-sailing, etc., weather permitting.

Super-Wal-Mart, restaurants, shopping, and Ripley's Believe It or Not are within walking distance. Golf, mini-golf, Shipwreck Waterpark, Pier Park outdoor mall, and theaters, are just a short drive away. This condo provides free wifi access as well.

This a NON-SMOKING Condo, PETS are NOT allowed, and RENTER must be 25 years of age or older.

Beautiful Stay

The condo was beautiful and just as described. We enjoyed the multiple pools, on-site snack shack and direct beachfront access with beach chair setup included.

Great place

We loved the room, very nice and clean. We loved just sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view. We would stay at this resort again.

Perfect location

This condo is beautiful and conveniently located near all the popular attractions. The unit was clean and looks exactly as shown in the pictures. We ate almost every meal on the balcony enjoying the view of the ocean and loved watching the dolphins play in the mornings. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice

We really enjoyed our stay everything was top notch. We got to see some f16 and f22 aircraft flying by. The tiki bar is convenient and the food and service were great.

Penthouse View of the Beach

The pictures of this property were extremely accurate and it was one of the most updated and well-maintained condos we have every stayed in. The penthouse views of the beach and the sunsets were outstanding. We will definitely try to book this again.

Great Place

Great place & location! Easy access to the beach, great views from balcony, and very clean unit! Close to pretty much everything. Beach chairs and umbrella a plus. It was a great experience for us as a couple but could also see it being useful for a small family as well. We would definitely book again!

This condo was outstanding. Recently updated and beautifully decorated. Everything was brand new and the tile shower is nice. Great view from the deck and high quality outdoor furniture.

Ah! The Beach

So nice to sit out on the balcony and see the beach. Secure and clean property. Easy to check in and property was as described. Beautifully decorated and had everything needed. Beach chairs and umbrella were a huge bonus. Would rent again.

Winter get away

We came to get some nice consistent warmer weather and enjoy the outdoors and relax. We enjoyed the beach, beautiful white sand and blue waters. Walked the beach every day. We found a couple beautiful parks nearby for us a short driving distance. Panama City Beach has a Coservation Park with miles of trails. We hike but bicycling is also allowed then we also enjoyed Camp Helen State Park.

We had the best stay!!

This property was SO beautiful! The decor, the cleanliness, the view… 12/10!!! So good! It was perfect for us and would totally come back again! Check-in process was so easy, we liked that the resort has plenty of parking plus security/guarded entry. I do wish the bigger pool was heated - but glad the other two smaller pools were heated at least. Nothing else bad to say, we adored it!!!

Pristine Penthouse Condo on PCB

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this fabulous beachfront condo! The penthouse floor provided a spacious, home with vaulted ceilings in both main rooms. The curved dual- entrance balcony provided an expansive view of the gulf front beach! The decor was tasteful and comfortable. The hosts provided plenty of soaps, hand lotion, and laundry detergent. We loved the hangout bar and beautiful pool and felt safe on the property with a guarded front gate.

Well kept unit. Nice furnishings. Great view of the beach and gulf. Easy access to the parking lot and easy driving around the area - this is the off season though.Wifi was excellent. Big refrigerator. Basic availability of pots and pans. Very quiet - and I'm a light sleeper.

Gorgeous Condo!

My wife and I love Long Beach and stayed a week for our anniversary and really enjoyed this unit! Love the changes made especially the desk, and washer and dryer locations. The bed was very comfortable and outdoor furniture was the best! Kim’s Condos is great and responsive! Used them on several occasions and they have always been wonderful to us! Highly recommended

Relaxing escape

this was one of the most relaxing places that I’ve stayed. It was super convenient to all locations within walking distance. The pools were amazing. The Laguna had such great vibes with an outdoor bar, entertainment, and food. . The condo was super clean and and I love the fact they have security security at the front gate. Everything’s enclosed with the gated fence on the outside. For a single lady traveling i’ve never felt so safe. I will highly recommend Kim”s condos to all my friends.

Condo was as described unit was clean lil sand issue nothing major . Due to the fire in our tower half the pool and seating area was roped off made the pool area searing very crowded. Elevators were down to one most the week finally at the end both were working . It would not keep me from staying again .

Everything looked just like the photos. I think previous guests may have had dog or cat. I could be wrong, but the living area smelled liked a pet had been there. We opened the balcony doors to get rid of the smell. Small stain on curtain and a little construction, but overall I would recommend. Beautiful views and near everything. Quick communication from host. We enjoyed our stay and will most likely stay again.

Thanks for your review! There should have been a broom in the utility closet, but we'll certainly get one if it's not there.
