West Oleander Luxury Townhome 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Pool Hot tub bbq Free Parking and 2 block to the beach! Small 7 unit Paradise Bay complex, very quiet. This is ground floor condo, just a few steps to the pool or your parking space...so convenient and easy.
This tastefully decorated and well maintained gorgeous FIRST FLOOR condo is a MUST SEE and well appointed for a nice island vacation. It boasts granite counters, tile in the common areas and bathrooms, walk-in closets, a smart thermostat, and ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms. Stainless steel refrigerator, microwave/range hood, stove, and dishwasher are all in excellent condition, and the washer/dryer unit is very convenient. The pool is regularly maintained and the property is well maintained and attended to. The area surrounding the pool is tropically landscaped and is set up with a grill and dining area. It is a short walk to the bay or beach! All the amenities you need in a townhouse are included. Some of the wonderful features are granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, 10' ceilings, and is professionally decorated. All bedrooms include flat screen TVs, with a large TV in the family room for great sports or movie watching.
This Townhouse boasts a beautiful full size kitchen with 4 place settings at the counter in addition to a full size table and chairs. A gated swimming pool is just outside the back door with both patio and tropical areas. There are also external showers to rinse off chlorine and sand.
With a mid-island location, our townhouse is centrally located to restaurants, nightlife, sports, entertainment and shopping. Everything you would need for a terrific and relaxing vacation in South Padre can be found right here!
