RECIENTEMENTE DISPONIBLE DEL 7 AL 14 DE JULIO. Al otro lado de la calle de la playa. Tres minutos a pie de acceso público. Vistas al mar. Cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas y microondas. Dos porches, uno con vistas al pantano. Lavadora secadora. Hermoso gran porche con mecedoras y hamacas. Un baño completo, un baño de 3/4, una ducha al aire libre (agua fría y caliente). Tres habitaciones (dos habitaciones incluyen una cama queen, una habitación con litera con doble en la parte inferior y una cama completa). Aparcamiento en la calle. Comedor de pino nudoso. Cable / DVD / Estéreo. Parrilla a gas. Siéntase como en casa mientras disfruta de todo lo que Wells y sus alrededores tienen para ofrecer. Hay mucho que hacer en verano y otoño.

Beautiful Wells beach house!

We had 4 adults and 2 teens and the house was clean, comfy and spacious! We loved having our morning coffee rocking on the front porch and the easy 5 minute walk to the beach! It was one of the most relaxing vacations ever!!

Perfect Summer Escape

Located conveniently to town and steps away from the beach, this rental was perfect for our annual Maine vacation. Tucked away from busy Wells Beach, but close enough to walk to all the amenities, it was the best of both worlds. The spacious front porch, with the large hammock, was our favorite part. Very responsive and kind owners. Would visit again!

Great beach home for families

This home is probably one of the better deals in the Wells area. Plenty of space for our two families with a kitchen that lacks absolutely nothing. Walking distance to a great lobster pound. Short bike trip to beautiful Ogunquit beach. With the giant hammock and big rockers on the front porch you won't want to leave the house. Michael & Leah will take good care of you.

Old Charm Maine

The house was an old Maine shore house. It was clean. Lots of space with two inside porches & an outside porch. Plenty of fans, but no air conditioning. Beach is a block away. Hanneford close by for food. Billy's Chowder House and the Wells Beach Lobster Pound a short distance with excellent food.

Great family spot

Great house for a family vacation. We stayed with two young kids (6 and 3) plus some visits from family and were very comfortable with plenty of space. Quick walk to the beach and close to stores and shops.

Comfortably rustic beach house

The house is old but comfortable - a typical Wells Beach house. A very short walk to Crescent Beach as well as the beach center. The owner was very helpful. We loved hearing the waves at night and smelling the sea air and beach roses.

Great Family Experience

What I loved first was the communication with the owner. He contacted us ahead and was easily accessed after we arrived and had a question. The house was well supplied, just like being at home. Games available for use were a big hit!! 6 am Candy Land on the rainy days provided for great grandchildren entertainment. We will definately being staying again! Thank you!! The Laplante Family

disappointing

The very last thing one wants to do during a family vacation get away is clean a house. It's very clear the home was not cleaned before our arrival. The bathroom had remnants of toothpaste on the sink and mirror. There was some sort of white powder (said to be cleaner) and hair covering the tub. There seems to be dog hair and dust throughout the house, which also gets tossed around from floor vent heaters. Not to mention sticks to any piece of clothing that hits the floor for a second. Also, my (new) socks are brownish after walking around for the day. After communicating this to the owner, I was told "unfortunately there isn't anyone available to get to the house, as it's a holiday weekend." As a previous rental home owner, if I was ever sent this info from a client, I would make sure to get someone out to the property to rectify the situation. My disappointment in how this issue was brushed off cast a shadow over the entire stay here. We will not be back. Also, the outlets in all 3 bedrooms sparked. Not a huge comfort.

Robin contacted us the day after her arrival to let us know that the tub did not look like it had been cleaned. I apologized for the inconvenience and asked for pictures. She sent a video showing white residue and lint on the tub floor. I explained the residue was cleaning product, as I had used Soft Scrub on the tub and sink, and used same cloth for bottom of mirror (not toothpaste), and it apparently had not rinsed completely. The lint was from the freshly washed shower curtain that was hung to dry. I apologized for the inconvenience. She then stated it didn't seem like the house was vacuumed or wiped down. My family of 4 spent hours extensively cleaning the house from top to bottom prior to Robin's arrival. I’m assuming Robin walked on the outside porches with her new socks for them to be soiled. We are sorry that Robin was unable to enjoy her stay. We have rented this property for 15 years and pride ourselves in our guests enjoying the beach house as much as we do. We believe our other reviews speak for themselves.

Great Stay

Easy move-in process with all necessary goods in bath and kitchen. Beds comfortable and fans in bedrooms. Practically lived on front porch with comfortable rocking chairs and hammock!

Super summer family reunion

We had a great time together in this house, which reminded me of my own family house growing up : lots of spaces to relax and chat in.
