Get ready for a fabulous coastal getaway at Island Oasis, a beautiful and relaxing canal-front home in the heart of Navarre. Perfectly situated within walking distance to the beach, this charming waterfront retreat offers the best of both worlds — tranquil canal living and easy access to the Gulf’s white-sand shores.

This pet-friendly vacation home features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. Bright, cheerful décor and spacious interiors welcome you inside, while expansive canal views create a peaceful setting for relaxation. The large, sun-filled kitchen is ideal for preparing meals, which can be enjoyed on the back deck overlooking the canal or on the inviting front porch.

Step outside and enjoy the private dock with watercraft tie-up, perfect for guests bringing their own boat (up to 30 ft). The calm canal is ideal for kayaking and paddleboarding, and the home includes three kayaks and two complimentary paddleboards for guest use. Take in breathtaking sunsets from the covered outdoor area or unwind on the swing overlooking the water.

After a full day of beach time and coastal adventures, retreat to the master suite with a king bed or the guest suite with two queen beds, both offering private access to the spacious outdoor deck. Additional conveniences include a full-size washer and dryer, sand toys, parking for up to three vehicles, and space for a boat trailer.

For exploring the area, an onsite golf cart rental is available for $75 per day, making trips to the beach, pier, and nearby restaurants easy and fun.

Navarre Beach is just minutes away by foot or bike, and guests can enjoy local favorites such as Dewey Destin’s and Juana’s Pagoda, stroll the pier, or book a dolphin sightseeing tour.

Wonderful stay!

All the amenities for a great stay. This unit was well furnished and had a lots of cookware. There was a kayak and 2 paddle boards available led to use. Even had a golf cart to rent. Thanks!

Great layout and Great location!

We lived our stay. The house is set up perfectly with a bed and bath or either side of the living kitchen area. Under the house provides ample shade, breeze, seating with dining, and benches near the canal. The house was very clean and well equipped in the kitchen. What a bonus to be on the canal to fish, swim and paddleboard. We loved our stay, no issues!

Amazing!!

My husband and I had a phenomenal time staying at Island Oasis! It was a perfect distance to the beach, several restaurants, and my parents campsite across the bay! It was marvelous!

Celebration of life

We had a celebration of life for my mother at the dolphin pavilion on Navarre Beach and needed a central location to meet up with our of town family. We are local to the area but live about 45 minutes away so this really helped us from traveling back and forth all weekend. The house was perfect and I could bring my dog which was a huge plus. All the full time neighbors were so nice and the street was very quiet and peaceful. My husband fished in the backyard every change he could get. He caught several fish and has a lot of fun. We will be back for sure!

Awesome Trip!

I booked this trip for my son and I as a getaway prior to him going back to UWF for his senior year! What an awesome place right off the intercoastal and a 3 minute walk to the beach! We brought our 13’ Whaler and docked it behind the house. Spent the week boating to the sandbar islands to hang out several days. We also walked over to the beach for sunrise pictures and did a beach day. The beach is powdery white sand! We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Clean and comfy

The place was very clean. Little sand found in the house but it’s at the beach you’ll have that. King bed was very comfortable. Golf cart was great as well. Will be back.

Perfect House!

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here, it was the perfect space for us. The bed was SO cozy after a long day spent playing in the ocean. We were able to bring our boat and leave it docked at the house which was super convenient! The swing was such a fun touch. We will definitely be staying here again in the future and highly recommend it!

Quick trip!

Great place perfect for our family! Nice front and rear porch with ample seating to eat, coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the afternoon. Great view of the canal and enjoyed the sunsets. Easy access to the beach with just a quick drive.

golf cart is NOT included

had some issues w cleanliness. Guest services not easy to reach. golf cart not included which we found quite misleading. have to pay extra and prices quoted and terms kept changing. Location is great though.

Perfect getaway

Exactly as described and then some! We loved the layout of the house, its location, and its proximity to the beach - whether walking nearby or driving a bit further down toward Pensacola! This house did not disappoint.

Loved Our Stay!

the perfect house!

this is my second time vacationing at island oasis! love every second of it! the canal view is spectacular. i'll never get over this place! the beach is such a short distance! absolutely amazing! my family and i will be back for a 3rd!
