The only negative thing is a lack of onsite, and beach, that allows dogs to be off leash.

Jamie is an amazing host, great communication and she checked in on us to see if we needed anything. The Condo has been beautifully remodeled and was more impressive than the pictures posted! It was all the little things we were impressed with that she provided for us during our stay. Very clean, comfortable Condo! The area is well maintained, main pool/tiki bar was open and had great drinks/snacks. 5-minute walk to the on-property beach access, but we actually enjoyed some of the other beaches close to us as well. Jetty Park was a favorite. You can walk across the street to get a frozen Rum Runner and come back to Jetty Park and enjoy the view from your swing! A must try for breakfast is Captains Galley for Breakfast, their Bacon Bloody Mary is special! Wonderful stay and I'd give 10 Stars to Jamie if I could! Thank you so much Jamie and we can't wait to come back.

Great Community & Condo

The condo is very nice and updated. It is just a short walk to the beach and main pool. The owner provides a variety of coffee and snacks.

Our stay was very comfortable. We had everything we needed and more, even things I forgot to bring like a step stool for my son to reach the sink and seasonings in the kitchen. Everything I could ever want was available. The property had great amenities, the unit itself was gorgeous and modern, and our host was super responsive. Directions for everything were very clear. Things were neatly labeled and organized. The only thing I didn't like (which I don't really think anyone at the property could control) was the amount of mosquitoes and no-see-ums. They were very aggressive and limited our time at the beach. Regardless, we really enjoyed our time.

Highly recommended stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Villa was just enough for us, size wise, since there was just the 2 of us - and very clean. Jamie, our host, was amazing - communicated regularly all week to make sure we were satisfied. A couple of bonuses - snacks upon arrival, beach chairs, umbrella and wagon and two bikes provided! Jamie replaced the one bike that had a flat tire (so nice to have a brand new bike!). We were able to enjoy the grand opening of the beautiful new pool! Everyone we saw or met were so friendly! The beach was super close and there were great walking areas for our dog. Pickleball courts at Jaycee Park just a mile away so an easy bike ride. Thanks again to Jamie for making our experience so pleasurable!

Fabulous Second Stay

This was our second stay at this property and it was great. The condo is clean and comfortable and has everything you need to enjoy all the activities at Ocean Village. Jamie was excellent at communicating and making sure everything was okay. We had a fabulous time!

Great property!

Stayed for a week at this condo. The owner Jamie was great! The condo was clean and had everything needed for our stay. We had zero issues and Jamie checked in to make sure our stay was going well. Jamie and his condo are a 10! We would not hesitate to book his condo again!

Our stay at Ocean Village

Great place to visit. If you like tennis or golf this is the place to stay. Lots of places to walk, great restaurant and beautiful beach. Elliot museum about 30 minutes away and 2 botanical gardens close by.

We found our stay to be comfortable, clean, and beachy. The new Hutchinson Island Bar and Grill is great and highly recommended. We enjoyed the stay and will surely rent again

Location

This condo is lovely! Decorated beautifully and located very close to the beach and pools. It’s very clean and new. The only thing it needs is more kitchen towels and a salad bowl, other than that it’s perfect. We loved our stay and the owners are super friendly and nice. If available we’ll stay there every time.

Wonderful one bedroom

So well equipped. Didn’t want for anything. Just a short walk to the beach and all the residents we met were so friendly. We took our little fur baby with us and he loved to go to the beach early in the morning. If you like to dine when you vacation there are lots of really good places to eat. Jamie is so easy to work with and if there is ever a problem you can count on her.

Wonderful, relaxing, comfortable!!!!

My husband and I love coming to Ocean Village and very much love this condo. Super clean, well stocked, cute decor. Rarely do you have space to unpack your stuff. This condo has the whole bedroom dresser empty so you don’t have to live out of your suitcase. A really nice feature. In addition, shampoo, conditioner, body wash were supplied as well. Even snacks were available to enjoy along with K pods. Nice touch. Communication with Jamie was awesome. We felt like we were communicating with a friend. It was a great week and definitely plan to return. Rent it, you will not be disappointed. Thanks Jamie. You are a super host!!

Great place!

Very well kept apartment that had everything we needed. It is in a resort/community that had lots to do: 9 hole golf course, shuffleboard, bocce, tennis, pools, basketball...And it was steps to the beach. Really enjoyed our stay.
