Winter is here and our cozy home is ready for you! This 8-10 person abode is just minutes from the top of Ski Big Bear, a family friendly mountain with 18 trails, 7 lifts (including 3 Magic Carpet lifts), and 650’ of vertical that all levels of expertise can enjoy. There’s also snowtubing as well as a full service lodge to relax and warm up in between trail runs.

And if a powdery winter weekend is not your thing, fear not!

This peaceful 3 bedroom (plus loft!), 2 bath getaway has access to activities for all seasons. In the summer months, you can enjoy multiple pools and a beautiful lakefront with a swimming area as well as kayaks and paddleboats for all to use. There are also several hiking trails in the community as well as a horse stable for riding, a fitness center for exercise, mini-golf, and a tiki bar/restaurant - not to mention our game room and puzzle library we’ve been growing in the basement is guaranteed to keep families of all ages entertained for days!

Upon booking, you will be contacted to provide:
1) Names of all guests during your stay
2) A copy of lead guests photo ID, plus address and email
3) Vehicle information, if known
The above information is REQUIRED by the community to register all guests.

You will receive your compactor/garbage pass at the community office upon arrival.
The optional amenity fee of $10/person/day will be charged separately by the community office.

Guests will have access to the entire house.

Masthope Mountain Community is a four season, recreational community situated in the most northern tier of Pennsylvania’s Pocono Mountains. With a full variety of amenities to enjoy such as skiing, boating, swimming at our lake and pool, horseback riding and a multitude of sports activities that are only enhanced by a never-ending list of seasonal events… there is something to enjoy for everyone!

Free parking on site at the house, ample parking at the community center.

No pets allowed -$450 fine and immediate removal with no refund if found to have pets in the house.
No Smoking of any kind in house. $1000 fine and immediate removal with no refund if evidence of smoking in house (ashes, paraphernalia, smoke smell, burn marks etc)
