Hogar perfecto para una gran familia o dos para disfrutar. Esquí de entrada / salida de este lado privado pendiente de inicio. Cuando hace buen tiempo, disfrute de la piscina comunitaria, el lago y el acceso al río Delaware. Dormitorio principal con cama extragrande, dormitorio con cama nido doble (4 camas individuales) y sofá cama doble en loft en el segundo piso. La planta principal tiene 1 dormitorio con cama extragrande y 1 con cama grande. Chimenea de gas ubicada en la sala de estar en el piso principal adjunto a una gran sala de comedor / sol con vistas panorámicas de la pendiente.
El nivel inferior tiene un dormitorio adicional / sala de juegos con 2 camas individuales y sofá cama queen. Sala de esquí con bancos y bastidores para todo el equipo. Tercer baño completo. También hay un bar completo con 14 asientos, TV de pantalla plana, tejo y mesa de póquer. Una cubierta rodea el piso principal de la casa con vistas a la montaña y a la pista de esquí. Puede hablar con los niños desde la cubierta mientras vuelven a subir por la pendiente en los ascensores. Debajo de la terraza hay una chimenea al aire libre y un horno de leña para pizzas. Esta casa es perfecta para 2 o 3 familias. Esta casa solo se alquilará a familias o grupos mayores. Los jóvenes solicitantes que buscan una casa de fiesta no necesitan preguntar. Los arreglos para dormir son más adecuados para una combinación de 6-8 adultos Y 6-8 niños como máximo. Boletos de elevación no están incluidos. We had a great time. The accommodations, the lake and the pool were wonderful. We got to enjoy a couple of excursions in surrounding towns.

Annual Masthope trip

We visit Masthope every year and it never disappoints! This house was nice and cozy with tons of communal space and large bedrooms. Communication with the hosts was easy. Joanne is super friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here. We will again in the near future!

Beautiful spacious perfect home

We just got back from spending four nights at this beautiful ski in , ski out house on the mountain. The house itself was beautiful, clean, and very spacious. The owner was a pleasure to work with, and answered all questions promptly. We will definitely be back. The community is great and the skiing was so much fun. The restaurant on site has great food and live music.

Fun for everyone

Plenty of space, clean, property manager had good communication. Outdoor pizza oven was wonderful. We were able to cook pizzas and relax on the lower and upper outdoor porch areas. Nice large table for eating or sitting and relaxing indoors as well. Having a full bathroom on each floor was very useful. I would stay here again for sure.

Family getaway

We all had a great time. Outdoor fireplace and pizza oven was a big hit. Kids each enjoyed making their own pizza. Fully stocked firewood. Communication with owner was good. Downstairs bar and game table was fun. Only issue for us was there was no outdoor yard for the kids to run around. The community amenities were great. Pool and beach area was great.

Perfect getaway for the holidays!

My family was looking for a new place to go for Thanksgiving weekend as a fresh start after we suffered some losses. We didn’t start seriously looking until October and we’re thrilled to be able to find something that could accommodate all of us (9+) for four days. The photos of the property and other reviews really sold us to give this place a shot. We’re so glad we did! Not only did Gregg communicate everything we needed to know, he was incredibly responsive. The pictures were beautiful but didn’t even do the space justice! The open floor plan on the main level was the perfect space - whether you were relaxing by the fireplace, prepping Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen or setting the table in the dining room - we were able to all still be together. The kitchen was well stocked and spacious enough to prepare Thanksgiving dinner for a large crew. The oversized dining room table ensured we could all sit together, a first for us! Everyone also enjoyed the wrap around porch, the bar area downstairs and most of all, the outdoor fireplace! It was really nice to sit outside with the fire going (and the heater when it was really chilly). We brought some firewood, but it was awesome to have so much cut and readily available - we got to enjoy the fireplace much more because of it. I have already started thinking about other groupings I could bring out to stay at Gregg’s place. It was a wonderful space for Thanksgiving for my holiday and I highly recommend it as a destination for gatherings if you have a large group! Gregg is a fantastic host and we were beyond thrilled with the rental.

Great house for a family reunion.

Joanne and Gregg were wonderful hosts. They were so helpful and answered our every question promptly. The house is large with plenty of space for everyone and the amenities in the community were fun for families. We had a great stay.

Family and Friends annual trip

We came for our annual rafting trip on the water gap with a group of friends and family. Everyone had such a great time and enjoyed the house and the community. We would definitely be staying here again and I highly recommend this house to anyone with a group of 10-12 adults.

We were a group of 9 - myself, my husband , our adult children and their spouses. The house was perfect for us - beautiful and spacious! We loved everything and are hoping to be able to do it again next year!

We just spent a long Super Bowl weekend at the house. It was spacious and clean. Great access to Skiing. Gregg was a great host and very responsive.

Fun ski weekend

Perfect house for a ski weekend. Gregg is an excellent host. Gave us a ton of useful information and was responsive, patient, and helpful. Very convenient location adjacent to the Lower Thundercloud trail at Ski Big Bear. We walked through a footpath in the backyard and the slope/lifts were right there. Hopefully we will be coming back soon!

Beautiful Clean Property

We loved walking into a nice and clean house. Gregg was always available to answer any questions I had. We enjoyed watching the ski lifts from the deck in the back. We would re-book without hesitation.

Great house in beautiful area

This house was everything we wanted and more. It was very clean, even prettier than the pictures, had a well stocked kitchen, plenty of games and things to do, and more than enough space for our group. The pizza oven was so much fun and we never would have tried it had the owner not sent such detailed instructions and tips on how to use it. We had a great visit and hope to return next year!

Great house and accommodations!!

I have rented for the second time at this beautiful house. Location great and never any problems. Very clean and so comfy! Feels like a home ! My family enjoyed the stay and will hopefully make it our yearly trip.

Great for families and kids

The house was great for us (4 couples - 7 small kids), and as described. Gregg was super responsive and very accommodating—we could arrive very early and leave at our convenience. We were unlucky with the weather but the house is well designed and we could stay comfortably inside. The pizza brick oven was great and Gregg's tomato sauce delicious. We enjoyed the bar downstairs and watched a soccer game while eating the pizzas. We will definitively consider coming back in winter and/or summer. Thank you Gregg!

Great stay at poconos

What a terrific stay and so close to city. Even though there was no snow the owner went out of his way to give our group tons of ideas like winery and brewhouse. Had our inlaws as well. The house can easily entertain 3 families. Great bar downstairs was a nice touch. Will use again!!

Great stay ! Perfect location !

Beautiful, spacious and clean house. Location was perfect. You can literally walk to the slopes, which we did. Community center is 5 min away. Had a great time, would absolutely rent again.
