This is an exquisite condo, from the furnishings, design, and hospitality of the owner, everything was perfect. You were greeted with two dozen roses when you first entered. There were two lanais overlooking the pool. I am definitely booking this condo next year!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The property was exactly how it was described, it was beautifully maintained and was very clean. The location was perfect for where we wanted to be. We felt right at home from the moment we entered the condo. The host was incredible, friendly and she went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything that we needed. We could not have asked for a better experience and would gladly stay there again. I highly recommend anyone looking for a beautiful location, only a three minute walk to the beach…. Thanks for everything!!!!

A Perfect Atay

I was in town for a week for my son’s wedding and rented this place as my home base. It’s a perfect location- near the beach and near the wedding venue. Great pool at the condo.The condo itself is lovely and the owners provide a lot of nice little touches. I’d stay here again!

Gorgeous North Naples Condo

We had a great stay, and enjoyed all the amenities. The location was perfect to walk to the beach and local restaurants. The condo was immaculate and very comfortable beds. So many choices for shopping, dining and nightlife. Communication was excellent and we look forward to a return trip soon!

Awesome place

We had a fantastic time at the Regatta Property. The unit was clean and incredibly well appointed. Felt far more like we were friends of the owners than a true rental. Loved the pool and a quick 5 minute walk to Vanderbilt Beach. Great communication.

Excellent!!

We stayed at this property for two weeks. The condo was lovely, the host responsive, and the location was perfect! Located within a seven minute walk to the beach, the condo overlooked the pool. The host provided a beach wagon, beach chairs, towels and toys for the kids. The patio off the lanai on this condo was great. The whole family would recommend this property!!

Absolutely beautiful condo. Walking distance to vanderbilt beach. Screened in patio as well as open patio! Great for families with a heated pool. Owners were quick to respond and condo was very well stocked! Definitely recommend!

Wonderful!

Condo and community were very well maintained and very clean. Condo was well appointed and comfortable, screened porch overlooking the pool was great, as were chaises provided. Table/island was convenient for both eating and working, with plenty of accessible electrical outlets. Layout of bedrooms allowed for privacy and worked beautifully for our stay. Beach was a short walk away. Owner was always accessible and very responsive.

Felt like home, we did not wanted to leave!

My husband and I booked a very last minute trip to Naples and the owners were very accommodating and very responsive. Elegant, well appointed property with a luxurious feel, waking distance to Vanderbilt Beach. If you love attention to detail, you will not regret staying here. So many small beautiful touches, I especially loved the fresh cut flowers and fresh fruit upon arrival. :) This truly felt like staying at the friends condo!

Beachside Lux Condo-Amazing

We had an incredible time staying at this really well appointed condo in the Regatta Complex. Great communication with the owner, very welcoming, well stocked including an Easter Basket of goodies!! Usually when staying in Naples, we take advantage of the great places to eat. However, this condo was so friendly and the kitchen amazing, we cooked in several nights.....with a beautiful outdoor dining area....and a quick walk to the beach for the sunset! We will be back again for sure! Thank you again!

Vanderbilt Beach Getaway

We so enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, newly remodeled condo 1 1/2 blocks from Vanderbilt Beach. There were two large furnished patios overlooking the pool. The kitchen had everything from all types of glasses to pots and pans. The bedrooms were comfortable and the washer/dryer a great convenience. We appreciated the many other amenities and we highly recommend this property. 5 stars!! Barbara

Fantastic In Every Way!

We rented this property for our daughter and her family to stay in while on a family vacation in Naples. Everything about it was wonderful. It was spotless and very well appointed - complete kitchenware, beach towels and beach toys, nice hand soap, towels...the list goes on; everything you need. And so thoughtful to have fresh flowers, fruit, and bottled water upon arrival; what a nice touch! There is a fabulous lanai right off of the living room providing outdoor dining and living space, overlooking the pool. One of the pools has a graduated entry and isn't very deep, which is perfect for children; our granddaughters just loved it. And it's a short walk to Vanderbilt Beach. We would rate this VRBO A+ not only for the beautiful accommodations, but for the extremely nice and accommodating owner who went out of her way to make our daughter's family stay so perfect!
