Emerald Beach Rentals provides a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen.

Trip for Two

Just had a great escape to the beach. The place was adorable and beach access was very close. Would recommend it and would stay here again. The management company was incredible and so quick to respond! Great beach getaway!

Absolutely loved everything!

We had a great experience and will definitely book again! Everything was super clean. We loved that the room came with a beach wagon, extra chairs, and beach towels as well. The kitchen came with an air fryer which was awesome! 10/10 would recommend!

Renovated

The condo has been completely renovated and is very nice. One caveat, the mattresses are awful. The king size mattress is hard and leans to the left so I was constantly having to roll back on to the center of the bed. Nice place. Needs new mattresses.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was nice and clean, and everything we needed to feel at home right away. We brought our own, but the unit had beach accessories that seemed to be everything needed for the beach. The walk to the beach was very short. No blocks to walk, just a couple of houses down, across the street from the Public beach access. No problem coming and going for food or even restroom throughout a beach day. The back patio area was awesome for dinner and drinks at night. Lighting was a vibe with hanging Edison style bulbs. Close enough but yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle PCB can be. Would recommend!

The only downside was the beds which were very uncomfortable, along with the pillows. I think the beds would majorly improve with a simple mattress topper and perhaps they could provide a few softer pillow options as well. Other than that, the place was great - updated furniture and appliances, the kitchen had everything necessary and more, the back patio was lovely and we were the perfect distance to walk to the beach. Highly recommend this VRBO!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Sea Zen was very nice and well needed. The recently remodeled townhome was well done and clean. The only reason we did not give it a 5 overall, was in the description of the master bedroom it stated that the bed was a king size bed and it is not. My wife and I debated whether it was a queen or full size. It was not a deal breaker but stating it was a king helped us make the decision to rent this unit. So beware, if you want a king size bed this is not for you. The location of the unit and it's easy access to the beach is definitly a plus. The customer service was very good. They answered all our questions in a timely manner. Not sure we would stay again at Sea Zen, because of the bed, but would recommend to others and would definitly use Emerald Beach Rentals again.
