I live in Moorpark, CA with my husband Stacey and our two teenage boys. Stacey and I grew up in the South Bay, but we have lived all over the country thanks to his military career. Before moving back to California, we lived in Sammamish, WA for 13 years. We love the city of Palm Springs and enjoy sharing our home with others so they can also experience the city and its magical beauty.

Palm Springs is so unique. It has all the restaurants and nightlife you would expect of a vacation destination, but the towering mountains bring unexpected beauty. It's perfect for foodies, art lovers, and nature lovers alike! I love that you can go from a visit to the art museum and downtown restaurant to the top of the mountain in about 30 minutes. You can get from 80 degrees to snow or sweltering heat to 70 degrees with a 10-minute ride up the Aerial Tramway.

Our home combines the best of all worlds. It's a new construction home which makes it clean and new. But it has all of the style you'd expect from a Palm Springs midcentury modern home. It pays homage to the best of the 1950s and 1960s while meeting the needs of today's visitor—inside and out. Not only that, but the mountain views are spectacular! Lounge by the pool, sit by the fire pit, and dine al fresco all while the mountains change colors throughout the day. And every room has its own slider, offering a perfect indoor-outdoor lifestyle!
