Wonderful property

Place was very nice to stay in. The decor was beautiful and loved how they have the pool area set up. Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful new home

This beautiful new home has everything you need. Lots of light, well stocked cabinets, elevator, comfortable beds and close to the beach. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Place!

Excellent house with great location. Plenty of room for our large family. Easy walk to the beach. Beautiful pool with daily pool cleaning service! Minor problems quickly handled by texting the management.

Excellent property

This home was clean, well equipped and helped to make our family vacation wonderful. The managers responded quickly to any request and even had a few surprises throughout the week. The pool area was by far larger, cleaner and better appointed compared to other similar properties we have stayed at on OIB. Would highly recommend this listing.

Great home for families. Clean, and the pool was good size w covered area in shade. The neighborhood was safe. We (grandparents) rented and brought a few grown children and grandchildren. Loved the home. Only one tiny issue is the sleep sofa not good. Property mgt co excellent and super responsive to any question or need. Overall highly recommend this home for your vacation!

Wonderful time at Sweet Tooth

We enjoyed this property very much - it was clean and comfortable and the pool and bar area were great. The bedroom layout and types of beds suited our large family very well. The kitchen is well supplied with pots and pans and dishes. It would be helpful to have a beach wagon with the house - we ended up buying one to make it easier to tote our stuff down, but that's a minor problem. we love this section of OIB. It was an easy and very low traffic walk of about two blocks to the beach.

Close to the beach with great views!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sweet Tooth. A plus having plenty of larger beds for couples and the bunk room was great for kids. Only thing I would suggest is some bigger pans for cooking, and the grill was extremely dirty so we could not use it. Also I'm not sure the pool heater was on. Other than that it's super close to the beach, has great views, TV in every room, very clean and new. If we visit again I will defiantly keep Sweet Tooth in mind!

Perfect spring getaway!

We rented this house on our favorite part of OIB, the East End during March and we’re so happy with the cleanliness of the house, proximity to the beach, and the heated pool for our kids! We were lucky to have air temps at almost 80 one of the days but the rest of the week was low to mid 60’s and the pool was a lovely 85. This was just a short walk to the beach also and situated on a corner. Owner was prompt and responsive and also allowed for early check in. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The house was perfect for our group of 2 families with teens. Very new and clean. We loved all of the king beds with comfortable mattresses. The kitchen is well stocked with all that we needed. Proximity to the beach is great, but Unfortunately the rainy chilly weather did not allow us to enjoy the beach. Hopefully we can come back another time for beach fun. We did enjoy hanging out on the porch, by the pool, and playing cards at the kitchen table. Highly recommend !!

sweet tooth

Nowhere did the listing state it was "Off Season" and there were no towels or sheets included until they were not included. The VRBO agent and the Wilmington Agent singing off different sheets of Music 🎶 Pool was not working effectively with NO HEAT - asked about it for two days - received two different answers - the 919 answers over text - Rental Agents were rediculous

I’m shocked to read this. First of all, we have documented three separate occasions where we asked Tonya if she wanted towels and linens for her stay and she responded she would let us know but never did. Also, the pool heater was on and working and Tonya turned it up to 100 degrees. Our pool tech went by three times to adjust the temp and ask Tonya to please not adjust the heater. Tonya told the pool tech she was a friend of the owner and they said it was ok for her to turn the temp up from the 84 we keep it at (which was not the case, the owners do not know her). We did all we could here but apparently it wasn’t good enough. Please reference the other reviews of this home.
