House was good, was stocked very good, the beds were very comfortable. Pool was a bit smaller than we thought it was going to be. The dock was vary hard to get on and off of the boat we had rented. Had every kitchen gadget you could possibly need. Lost of towels.

Perfect Spring Break

This was a perfect stay for us. It was a family with 3 children and their grandparents. The kids lived in the pool for the week. Jerry was quick to respond with questions. There was plenty of space for us all. We would definitely stay here again.

Family trip

Property was perfect. There was plaenty of room for 10 of us. House is furnished with a far amount of stuff which was nice to see. We added to the supply before we left . It was great to just sit around the pool and relax. Would recommend. Great host . Would book again !

Amazing stay!

We had a great stay! House was perfect for our family. We had 8 adults and 3 children. Pool was so awesome (it was quite a scorcher when we were visiting). Conveniently located, could get everywhere easily. Definitely recommend!

Amazing home

We can’t to Florida for our family vacation and to visit with our son and his family here in Florida. This property was amazing…it was stocked with everything anyone could need. It was decorated beautifully. The rooms are big and spacious and the bathroom is to die for. The house was huge all the way around so we weren’t on top of eachother. The pool was fantastic and the neighborhood was very quiet and close to everything. We hope to visit this house again ❤️❤️❤️

Framily Spring Break

Great space for multiple families to come together for Spring Break. Beautiful home, spacious, and very nicely decorated! We enjoyed cooking, lounging, and the kids loved the pool! Very nice stay.

Beautiful home

Beautiful home in central Cape Coral. We stayed here with my 3 children. The set up worked out great with children’s rooms on one side of the house and master bedroom on other. No instructions or to do lists, but communication with host was instantaneous. Plenty of supplies and well stocked for what you need. Beautiful pool that is electric heated, however there is a lock and controlled by host. He adjusted for us the next morning for a fee. Also has outdoor pool bathroom. The neighborhood is ok, we took several walks at night and felt safe, however not all the houses were this nice. Location to beaches is about 10min to Cape Coral yacht club that has a small beach/park or 30min to Ft Myers beach. Close to Target and Publix, restaurant options within 5-15min. Overall I would recommend.

Great house

We rented the house with 13 people - mixed with kids and adults. But this is little to high for the house. The restrooms are not located good that one has two doors to different sleeping areas and one is located outside near the pool. Nevertheless we could arrange and the stay was wonderful. All kitchen utilities were present (even spices) and the pool is great. We would come again!

Amazing stay

Jerry’s house is absolutely amazing. I went there with my family to celebrate my Mother’s 89th birthday. It was spacious, clean and comfy. I would definitely rent from him again.

Great stay

Overall this property was great, homeowner was friendly and check in process was easy, the fan in the one bedroom with the trundle bed didn’t work the whole week, had to buy a fan for the room, light in the bathroom on opposite end of the house was very dim you couldn’t see when showering but the homeowner sent out a maintenance guy and all of concerns were resolved. Overall the property and location was absolutely amazing and would 100% reconsider staying here again.

Great location! Amazing set up

The house setup was perfect for me and my childhood best friend and our families! Having an outside bathroom beside the pool was a bonus so the kids didn't go inside dripping wet. We had a few issues with the pool but I figured it out after a few days. Had great communication with renter throughout complications with pool. Would definitely recommend the home and or rent again myself

Great Winter Getaway

Our 2 families of four and a grandma had a great time in Cape Coral while staying at this home. Communication with Jerry was easy and efficient. The hime is centrally located between many great Cape Coral and Fort Myers attractions. It was a great escape from the Wisconsin winter.

The house was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. The pool was nice and used it a lot. I loved using the bikes almost every day. The TVs were huge and excellent. Our neighbors were even from Wisconsin and had a good time with them.

The house was really nice - very clean and had everything we needed!.

Overall fabulous! Only thing I would recommend would be add tv’s in two of the bedrooms! The owner was really good at responding to our questions! Highly recommend!
