Welcome to Moonlight Mesa Ranch! It’s the ideal place to meditate, perfect your yoga flow, escape the hustle & bustle of the city or settle in for a night of stargazing. On a clear night you can enjoy the incredible sights of the Milky Way while you relax in the large 10 person spa or schedule your getaway around the next meteor shower (The Lyrid meteor shower occurs between April 16-25 every year).

The yard is featured on a sprawling 10 acres, with a large 50ft pool in the backyard.

The interior touches are perfectly thought out to make your stay as comfortable & convenient as possible. From having the fastest WiFi in the area, all the way down to the ice maker that makes 50lbs of ice per day. There is also a 19Kwh of solar, equipped with a Tesla battery back up.

BEDROOM LAYOUT:
ROOM 1: King bed +rollaway bed could be set up, if additional sleeping is needed, with attached en-suite (Upstairs master)
ROOM 2: Two Queens with attached en-suite (Downstairs master) +rollaway bed could be set up, if additional sleeping is needed, or placed in common areas
ROOM 3: Two Fulls (Downstairs front room)
*Two rollaway double beds are also available as mentioned above .
The home features brand new purple mattresses & pillows for your comfort.
*4 Queen air mattresses available upon request, prior to check-in.*

NOTE: Please do not have any packages mailed to the home. We do not have access to owner mailboxes. We cannot be held responsible for any packages that arrive to the home.

Child Travel Items:
Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide pack and plays and high chairs complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour notice in advance at minimum prior to your check in date. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance, and to please reach out to our team for details. Please note: Fees will apply for those items that would be payable directly to the vendor.

** If you are traveling without a vehicle or need transportation, please let us know. This home is remote, but we are connected with local transportation companies and are happy to share the information. Uber, Lyft, and taxis do service the areas, but if not available, we have further local businesses**

POOL & SPA

-Spa is large enough for 10 people with 10 massage jets

POOL|SPA:
Pool: $225/daily fee to 84 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee).
Spa only: $75/daily fee to 102 degrees. SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL.
Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.
**Pool heating is not needed in summer months. Pool heating is available all year and usually recommended mid September to mid June.

PETS:
We are pet friendly! Please let us know in advance, if you need any special accommodations. $200 pet deposit is required and if no additional pet cleaning left behind, $150 is refunded at time of check out and $50 goes towards pet`s stay and $50 for each following pet thereafter at least 24 hours in advance prior to check in date.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request, otherwise, the request will not be valid. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours or can bring in extra staff to expedite cleaning substantially, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out.

CHECKOUT DUTIES:
If you could kindly start a load of pool towels in washing machine, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.

RESPONSIBLE RENTING:
We have wonderful neighbors that welcome you to our neighborhood, please ensure to respect them and the area around you. Please be attentitive to your phone, should we need to reach you. In the case, we cannot reach you, and have to send our property manager to the property, there will be a $200 charge.

FIREWORKS/FIRES/BONFIRES:
All fires, fireworks and bonfires are not permitted on the property due to risks of spreading to other areas of the property or damaging the areas where fire are not meant to be. Fireworks of all kinds are not permitted at all times in the desert, due to the fire danger. Please ensure not to bring them to the property and all wood burning fires of any kind.

FESTIVALS:
Please note for the right group we are willing to give a special discount for Coachella and Stagecoach. Referrals and repeated guests will be rewarded with a discount, depending on the time of the year. All festival bookings are non-refundable with additional deposit requirement. Regular noise ordinance is in effect.
