INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.


WI-FI INFORMATION
Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, service in the area can be spotty regardless of provider. Should you require stable internet service for work or pleasure; please bring an ethernet cord to plug into the router or bring access to a hot spot with you. Limited tech support. No refunds for any interruption in Wi-Fi service during your stay, NO exceptions.

Great place!

Had a great time. House was perfect, there were plenty of supplies except trash bags. Easy to beach, shopping. We had a great time!

Low key & perfect

We came to celebrate our nephew’s graduation & enjoy the beach, and this place was perfect. With so much of 30A getting ever more pretentious & expensive, it was fantastic to find a quiet relaxing spot for an older family to gather in. Nice decorating scheme, close to amenities, the kitchen pretty well stocked.

Sea grove

This beach bungalow was such a pleasant stay. The home was stocked well, and very comfortable for our family of 4. Bonus, a closet full of beach supplies- towels, chairs, umbrellas, toys, boards. Our family enjoyed the area. It’s laid-back, a little more calm and very close to any restaurants, shopping or beach supplies store you may need. Definitely recommend.

Spring Break 24

My 14 yr old daughter picked out this cute house nestled in the trees approx 2 blocks from the beach. We were close to Seaside & Alys Beach areas for them to enjoy their trip their way. Beach during the day, Alys Beach or food trucks at Seaside & the kids roam all over seaside area until 930 when it gets shut down. Parents would love it that specifically for Spring Break.

Wonderful Beach Vacation

We had an excellent stay at Coconut Cottage. It's a very cozy beach house that is well decorated and fit our needs perfectly for a family of six. The outdoor shower is a nice, added touch and came in handy after long beach days! The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well-stocked. The full-sized bathroom supplies are so nice too! The street is very quiet and close to the bike/running path on 30A. It's a short drive to the beach with public parking space that is plentiful in September. We loved having the 4 bikes included with the rental - we used them everyday! The check in process was very easy, as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful, clean spot close to the beach

We had a great time here. The property was spotless, and the bedding was comfortable and clean (which makes a trip IMO!). We used three different beach accesses during our stay, and they were all within a couple minutes drive. We could also walk from the house to two of them within 15 minutes or so. I could see how parking for the beaches might be super challenging on spring break and during the summer, but that goes with any where you stay. We had no problem finding parking in September.

Amazing home but take notice of limited public beach access

This home is beautiful. Well decorated, furnished and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping! The downside to this location is the limited public beach access. One of the public beach accesses you have to walk through waist high dirty water to get to the beach. The other nearest beach access you have to walk approximately 1 mile. With chairs, towels and coolers it makes it seem even farther. It was just me and my husband. Can’t imagine doing it with kids. Nothing the owners can do about this and it is sad that the beach access is restricted. Not fair to these homeowners that have a beautiful home but rely on limited public beach access.
