The home is fully furnished and thoroughly sanitized to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The home is decorated with art to give you an upbeat St Louis vibe. The block is very quiet and peaceful for you to have a relaxing time. Please note there is only street parking.

Great stay

The property is just as pictured. The interior is VERY nice, and don’t forget to use the massage chair! The area seemed frightening when we initially arrived, but the neighbors are very kind and friendly, the neighborhood is mostly quiet and it is a fantastic, true St. Louis home. We didn’t deal with any problems during our stay and the host is VERY responsive and helpful. The back yard areas are private and peaceful as well. Overall a great stay.

Hidden gem.

Unbelievable for the price, everything well thought out. Anything you would want in an overnight rental. The microwave was not working and they sent out a repair man quickly, he was unable to fix it but that is beyond the landlords control, they answered questions in a reasonable timeframe and that's all you can hope for.

Not what we expected

I was traveling with my husband, brother in law and 82 year old father. We agree with a previous review-the home is NOT in a location that we expected and there was nothing in the neighborhood that was walking distance other than a park. It was NOT quiet and/or relaxing as the listing stated. There was commotion and disruptions throughout the night-None of us slept well and we departed a day early because of the discomfort and inability to to relax. Curb appeal was not great. Communication with the property manager was good and responses were efficient. We contacted the property manager because the table was not safe (not put together/bolts were loose) and could not be used for eating. Additionally there was damage near the deadbolt (the plaster/mud was damaged) After contacting the manager, they responded promptly and said they’d send someone out the next day-very kind. Check in was fine and we didn’t have any issues. Upon checkout, the instructions were lengthy, but inaccurate. The email of the checkout process and the checkout book on the property were not congruent. I notified the manager and again, there was a quick response and acknowledgment of the errors and stated the book will be updated.
