Lakefront AND on the MTB trails!

The Hidden Gem of NWA is a newly remodeled 3 bedroom 3 bath home in the heart of Bella Vista. The home features many one of a kind custom touches. 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the main floor - each have private balconies overlooking Lake Avalon. Enjoy coffee or happy hour in the serene screened-in porch. The amazing Tanyard Creek Nature Trail is < .5 mile hike away. Or hit the Little Sugar MTB/hike trails right from your doorstep! Impeccable location; < 15 min. to downtown Bentonville.

Our home offers a beautiful lake Avalon view. Enjoy morning coffee on the screened in porch overlooking the lake or walk down to the private dock and relax in the Adirondack chairs. If you’d like to get out on the water, the kayak or paddle board are available to take you over to the other side of the lake where the beach access is!

Remodeled walk-out basement overlooks the lake and features living room, bar area, full bath, and bedroom.

-Pack n Play, high chair, kid's toys/books, and baby gate available.
-Safe bike storage available
-Game table, with multiple board games downstairs
-2 TV's brand new in 2021

Guests have access to the entire house including the private dock.

Trail access ~100 yards right from the front door!!

Note: The driveway is steep! Especially if you’re not familiar with the Northwest Arkansas region you will find it quite steep (it’s normal for the area). Your vehicle is more capable than you think :) No one has ever had trouble getting up or down it. However, in the Winter months, if we have rare ice, we do advise parking “up top” and carefully walking down the driveway.

Other things to note
Bella Vista lakes, pools, the beach at Lake Avalon, and recreational facilities are all private for members and guests of members. Want to use these facilities? Let us know 48 hrs before your stay so we can properly get you guest passes.

Loved the location! Easy access and close to what we needed! Good Mexican restaurant near by! Cozy and chic decor, and we especially enjoyed the screened in porch! The small lake and private dock were great for relaxing in our floaters and enjoying the sunset!

The host seemed somewhat apprehensive on the site, as though they had had bad experiences. We are careful, so we were not discouraged. We enjoyed our stay. They need a new can opener and a smoke detector replacement.

We stayed at Annie and Trey’s place for a family wedding, and it truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. The house had everything we needed — comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and plenty of space for everyone to gather, laugh, and unwind between wedding events.Annie and Trey went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Their kindness and attention to detail really showed, and we felt cared for in every way. It’s rare to find hosts who make you feel like family, but they did just that.We’re so grateful for the memories made here and would absolutely stay again. Loved This Lake House

We loved our stay on the lake in this beautiful house. Plenty of room for our family of five. We enjoyed spending time on/around the lake and hiking in the area. We were also able to be in downtown Bentonville in 20 minutes when we wanted to go out on the town. Everything was great, and next time we stay in the area this property will definitely be on our list.

Great location!

We had a wonderful stay! The water and amenities were great. Great easy hiking trails with views and a waterfall! Stocked kitchen, shampoo, conditioner and body wash were a bonus.

We had a great stay at this place! It was perfect for our fam and it was so near the trails. A perfect getaway/retreat. The view is fantastic and the place was set up well with enough of everything to not have to pack your whole house to bring to your VRBO

We stayed over Labor Day weekend. The home is lovely. Better than the pictures. It is modern and clean. It was spacious and has plenty of room for 2 adults and 4 kids. It is right on the lake with steps down to the dock! We enjoyed using the kayaks and stand up paddle board. We loved sitting and relaxing in the screened in porch. One afternoon it rained and we just relaxed out there. It was peaceful. We drove over to the Beach club and spent an afternoon playing sand volleyball and swimming. We loved the area. So close to hiking and a quick drive to Bentonville. We would definitely choose this property again! Annie and Trey were very kind and responsive.

Great location and lovely home.

We loved the location and the owners were so accommodating. Due to a tornado in the area we will need to return to see Crystal Bridges. We will stay here again if available for that trip.

Oklahoma golfers

We had a group of golfers from Oklahoma. The location was great. The property was great. Really enjoyed walking down to the dock in the evening and relaxing after a long day of golf. Highly recommend staying here.

We departed Kansas City and set out across the country to travel and find our favorite place in the U.S. Weren't we shocked to have found it < 3 hours away in NorthWest Arkansas! It is America's hidden gem and we can't get enough! Bella Vista is serene, nature-focused, family friendly, so easily accessible, and features some of the most fun mountain bike trails we've ever shredded! Not to mention the always-rad Bentonville is 15 minutes away. This property combines the best of all worlds.
