* You will have access to the entire home and dock! The home sits on a lake front lot with wood steps built down to the dock area. Enjoy the propane grill on the back patio, stare at the firepit or soak up the sun down on the dock.

* Guests are welcome to tie off their boat at the dock. We do have several dock cleats for tie-off.

* Guests are also allowed access to Bella Vista POA amenities as guests if they request guest passes from us within 3 business days of arrival and after booking is confirmed. Instructions given after booking. These amenities are not free but you are given access to them for a cost per activity as a guest. Costs of activities can be found on the Bella Vista POA website.

* We don’t live on site but we love hosting and want to ensure you’re comfortable and enjoying your time at our home. Reach out anytime with questions or needs!

* We provide the initial toiletry items for kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Additional supplies will be the guests responsibility.

* All of our TVs are smart TVs and setup for you to stream from your own accounts.

* Guests may see some wildlife or insects during your stay — this is common for properties in natural, wooded, or lakeside areas.

* Quiet and peaceful lakefront community! Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the lake & views.

* Please respect our neighbors who live here full time and observe our quiets hours between 10pm-8am, 7 days a week

* Parking: we have parking for no more than 4 vehicles. The POA does not allow street parking and we can get a max of 4 vehicles in the driveway depending on the size.

* If needed, guests will have access to the garage and 1 vehicle can be stored in the garage.

* We have bike storage setup in the garage with an air compressor and water hose for bike wash off.
