Welcome to Marina Cottage, a beautifully renovated home in downtown Baileys Harbor, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! This spacious, one-story ranch is situated on a beautiful, semi-private lot surrounded by trees.



The Space:

It includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, stylish living spaces and ample parking. Marina Cottage has a large attached garage with 48A Tesla wall charger and additional parking for two vehicles inside. The 1/2 acre outdoor space includes a patio for entertaining, a propane grill, an 8-foot picnic bench, large lawn for games or relaxing, and a fire pit area with seating for six. Across the street is a brand new playground area, perfect for families to enjoy but far enough that it's not noisy.



Marina Cottage is air conditioned in the main living space and two bedrooms, includes central heating throughout and a cozy gas fireplace in the living room. This home was fully renovated in 2022 with new kitchen, bathrooms, woodwork, furniture, appliances and technology. All living spaces include Samsung SmartTVs plus a soundbar in the main living space for cinema or music.

Garage includes space for 2 vehicles and supports electric vehicle (EV) charging and includes Tesla Level 2 charger (48A) inside the garage. It will work with other EVs, if guests have a Tesla to J1772 adapter.



This home is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, or other rowdy gatherings.



Property is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home.



There are also two cameras on the outside of this home: one on the front doorbell and another on the garden, security light. These are used for security purposes when the property is empty and are not monitored when the home is occupied.

Located in the heart of Baileys Harbor, Marina Cottage is 500 ft from Baileys Harbor Marina and Downtown Baileys Harbor so everything is walkable. Situated opposite Kendall Park and the public library, Marina Cottage is centrally located on a residential street. It is the perfect private holiday spot in the center of town! Property is across the street from a brand new Baileys Harbor playground area, perfect for families.

Other Things to Note:

Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:

- Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)

- A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.

- PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).
