This cozy, 3BR/2BA ranch on a quiet cul-de-sac outside Manteo is perfect for a comfortable summer vacation!Conveniently located to the NC Aquarium & Roanoke Island Festival Park (check hours of operation) and quaint downtown Manteo. 6.4 miles to Nags Head beaches. Wright Bros. National Memorial offers guided tours; OBX beaches are some of the best in the world, with warm water and plenty of sunshine. Book your SUMMER STAY NOW!
The space
The climate is mild and the traffic is light!
Comfortably accommodates 6, with bunk beds a little treat for the young, or the young-at-heart. The nicely-equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking your festive meals and treats.
Walk up just a couple concrete steps to the front door. Once inside you enter into the living room. Take the hallway to the left to three bedrooms - one master with on-suite full bath. Second bedroom has a queen bed and third bedroom has a bunk-bed set up with two single beds. Hall full bath located at end of hallway. When entering the home if you go to the right you walk thru the living room with two large couches with recliners and TV. Living room blends into the dining room and lastly the kitchen. Outdoor porch is located off the dining room via slider glass door. Located off the kitchen is a washer and dryer for your convenience! Kitchen is outfitted well to be able to make a meal in addition to a K-cup machine!

Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of garage and room above the garage!
Your reservation comes with several discounts to local OBX businesses!

Please bring your own beach towels.

I studied Human Nutrition, Foods & Exercise with an emphasis in Exercise & Health Promotion at Virginia Tech & put that knowledge to work on a daily basis as a Pilates Instructor at the only classical Pilates Studio in the OBX, The Presidio of Pilates! In addition to my education, my love for business & entrepreneurial spirit led me to Hosting! I CoHost multiple spaces in locations throughout the United States and as a Professional Referrer of hosting I take great joy in teaching folks how to start their own business hosting by themselves or with assistance.
