The house is well maintained and cared for and is located close to downtown Rehoboth Beach and boardwalk, Dewey Beach restaurants and nightlife and Tanger Outlets. Enjoy close proximity to all the area has to offer.

has a large fully equipped kitchen with seating for 5, comfortable living room with a gas fireplace, separate dining area with seating for 6 (extra chairs provided), a 2nd fridge, full laundry room, private dedicated workspace, nautical themed queen bedroom and 1 full bathroom.

The second-floor:
has a second workspace, very large master bedroom, roomy enough for a pack n play, with a king bed, reading area, large walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, 2 sinks and oversized soaking tub.
There is a coastal bedroom with 2 twin beds and a colorful bedroom that has a queen bed - both share a full bathroom featuring 2 sinks and a bathtub/shower.

The lower-level:
has 2 coastal themed bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other with a full bed - 1 full bathroom with a bathtub/shower, living room with a gas fireplace, kitchen with a 3rd fridge, dining/game table, workspace and patio access.

Outside spaces:
Large screened in front porch. Perfect for morning coffee, afternoon cocktails and relaxing. Back patio with seating, dining table/chairs, grill and party lights.

The host was very welcoming. He quickly responded to my questions that I sent through VRBO. The place was beautiful and clean. It was close to everything. The host recommended a great spot for my family to have lunch at and it was delicious. I would absolutely stay again!

We had made our Thanksgiving dinner here and the house had all the amenities for a wonderful meal. We had four cooks in the kitchen. We couldn’t ask for more it was great!

Warm, cozy,easy excess to beach and eateries. Beaches essential are provided and very much appreciated. Very organized folders for all dining places, trails, sightseeing places and beach cruisers are fun to ride around. Corn hole has provided fun for our family. Porch was an awesome area (with mosquitoes netting was a plus) Great place to stay.

This house is so roomy and comfortable. Very well kept and clean (we are all clean fanatics). The kitchen is well stocked with whatever you will need for your stay. We had fun using the bikes and corn hole boards. Plenty of beach chairs for use as well. The owners were so quick to respond with any questions and very accommodating! My only regret is we didn't get to stay longer! We would definitely stay here again!

Our family fully enjoyed our stay at this house! It was spacious, so everyone in our 9-person group felt like they had private space, and it was also comfortable in the beautiful common areas, so we came together smoothly for games and conversation. The kitchen is equipped and perfectly functional. The porch was lovely for breakfast or afternoon naps. The bedrooms were their own quiet and cozy hideaways. And the bathrooms were clean! Our hosts Stacey and JC were so accessible via Vrbo messaging and made us feel truly welcome. Plus, the location was an easy, short drive to the beach and boardwalk. It’s a no-brainer for us to return to this house — which really felt like home — next year!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house. The location is excellent, providing easy access to Rehoboth, Dewey, and the state park beaches, which gave us a variety of options for our daily excursions. The house itself is very spacious and was well-appointed with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The included bicycles were a fantastic amenity that our children particularly enjoyed, and the direct access to the Thompson Island Trail was a major highlight for the older kids. It was an ideal setting for our family vacation. We highly recommend this rental and look forward to a future visit!

Amazing house, excellent location, great hosts!

The pictures do not do this house justice! The location is perfect, decor on point, and hosts were attentive without being overbearing. We were in town for a bachelorette party (mostly mid 40-something’s). The house was spacious and well appointed. The private chef we hired for dinner was impressed with the kitchen, appliances, and availability of pots, pans, and dishes. The beds were comfortable, linens included, and communication from the hosts was appreciated. A MUST STAY!

Great getaway

Such a wonderful home to host a family gathering. Well appointed kitchen, outdoor grill, made cooking in easy. Everyone was thrilled with the accommodations. We want to stay here again in the summer! Wouldn’t change a thing. The hosts were welcoming and nearby if we should have needed anything, which we didn’t!

Girls' Trip

Great property! We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed this spacious house so much! Every little detail is perfect including a phone charger on table on each side of every bed! The house is so clean and the floor plan allowed 6 of us to each have our own bedroom! Morning coffee and tea is important to us and there are 2 Keurigs, a drip pot and an electric kettle for tea. We were able to come back one afternoon and enjoy our wine on the screened front porch. The owners have thought of everything!

Great property

We were in town for a lacrosse tournament and used this home as “base camp” for a couple different families. It was perfect for teens and Adults. Very well stocked and close to everything, beach, restaurants, shopping.

Beautiful home in a great location

We loved our stay here for a friends weekend. Each bedroom was lovely (the main suite was amazing!) and the kitchen/living area was large and comfortable for a group. The kitchen was well appointed and perfect for cooking at home. The location was a short drive to shopping and the beach. We can’t wait to return!

Weekend shopping trip

We’ve been coming to the beach for a girls’ weekend in the fall for 30 years…this year there were 10 of us and we all agreed that this place was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed! Amazing House and Location

We loved our stay! The house is beautiful and very welcoming. The beds were very comfortable. It’s located within about a mile to both Dewey Beach and Rehobeth Beach so we were able to visit both. JC and Stacey were very friendly and available for anything we may need. I highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful home close to everything

Our family loves staying here. The screened in porch was a huge hit to talk at night! All bedrooms were spacious and well maintained. The owners provided so much for us, like bikes, beach chairs, bed linens/towels, and lots of kitchen essentials. Location was so quiet and peaceful and We could ride our bikes to Rehoboth Beach or Dewey beach in 10 minutes. Owners were so nice!! We would definitely stay here again!

Family gathering

We had a lovely stay at this well-appointed and beautiful house! It accommodated our three families very comfortably (12 people mostly adults). Nothing I would improve on. Truly a wonderful experience!

Quillen Road is a tucked away residential neighborhood. Thompson Island nature trail is a few blocks from the house and offers hiking and wonderful Rehoboth Bay sunset views.

Enjoy close proximity to all the area has to offer:

1 mile to Rehoboth beaches
1.5 miles to Rehoboth Avenue and the boardwalk - Funland, restaurants and shops
1.2 miles to Poodle beach
1.3 miles to Dewey restaurants and nightlife
3 miles to Towers Beach and the Rehoboth Bay. Towers Beach has plenty of parking, restrooms and lifeguards. The bay access also has parking and a bathroom and is a great place for kids since it's very shallow with hardly any waves. It's a great place to float the day away and watch the sunset
3 - 5 miles to state parks that feature drive on and surf fishing
.5 miles to Pickleball courts and kids playground
Less than 5 minutes to Tanger outlet malls
3.7 miles to Shell We Golf
6.3 miles to Shell We Bounce

Getting around and additional information:
Both Rehoboth and Dewey are about 5 minutes by car and easily bike-able. There is a traffic light near the house on Route 1 with a pedestrian crosswalk that allows for easy biking to the beach, Poodle Beach and into downtown Rehoboth. Uber and Lyft are also available and very efficient. If you're going to the beach in Rehoboth and plan to park in permitted areas you may purchase a weekly or daily parking pass through the city of Rehoboth. State Parks require daily parking fees. There are also many local routes to areas which I would be more than happy to share.

The house, and it's amenities, are very well maintained and cared for. We provide all you need to enjoy a well earned vacation. My wife and I go to the house after every guest checks out to make sure it is kept up to our high standards and to make sure everything is in working order for our next guests. We live 15 minutes away and are available to help ensure guests enjoy their stay. We want guest to enjoy the house and have the vacation of a lifetime.
