Closest Condo to the Watercolor Beach Club and the Beach Access

Newly released and completely remodeled inside and outside 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo with additional Bunk Nook. This unit is the closest unit to the Watercolor Beach Club and beach crossover. You will enjoy beautiful accommodations with the most convenient and quickest access to the beach/pool. The unit has a peekaboo view of the gulf from the back deck and the primary deck overlooks the Watercolor Town Square.

The unit was purchased and the exterior and interior was remodeled and just completed in January 2023. The owner has several other properties if you would like to read some reviews about the owner. Please see the VRBO Property ID 2225159 and VRBO Property ID 793168


The following amenities are included with your week-long stay:

Access to the famous Watercolor Beach Club with 3 pools, Camp Watercolor family pool with lazy river, the Watercolor private beach, the Boathouse and Tennis courts. Guest bands to access these amenities will be provided at check-in. All guests 5 years and older are required to have a guest wristband. The maximum number of guest and wristbands is six without prior approval.


Two bicycles with your week-long stay (additional bikes available for $60 each per week)

Amazing location and perfect condo right there in the heart of downtown Watercolor. Perfect stay if you have kiddos with the twin bunks and east 2 min walk to beach club. Also have access to everything you need right below you!

Watercolor Perfect

Located in a perfect spot! We walked or biked everywhere. We used our car twice while we were there-once for groceries and the other to explore south. Condo had all our comforts of home. We were there spring break week and there was a lot of people everywhere but our stay was quiet. A minute to the pools for a drink, snack and live music or stroll on the beach. We would definitely go back!

We had the best time at this condo! The location was perfect and so convenient for our family. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. We were very impressed and can’t wait to stay again!

Great find

We had a great time staying here. Location is incredible and the condo is beautiful. I was worried about noise from the beach club but that was never a problem. Beds were comfortable. Vertical ladder in the bunk room made me too nervous to use for my 5 year old to sleep on the top bed, but the lower bed was great for our 3yo and the room itself was great for young kids (no windows, so it’s dark). Only complaint about the beds were the polyester sheets. Would much prefer sleeping on cotton. We are a family sensitive to strong detergent smells and thankfully that wasn’t an issue here. Overall great stay. Our first time to watercolor and we’ll likely be back.

Spring Break 2024

We traveled from Washington state to 30A for our first visit to the gulf coast. Driving in from Pensacola we were able to see the other places along 30a and we were so grateful that we chose Watercolor. It was great to have the space of a house but the amenities of a hotel. The Watercolor community had every thing we needed and the location of the condo was perfect for our family that just wants to be at the beach. We had one maintenance request and it was quickly resolved. Can’t wait to book again.

We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful place. Very well appointed. Lots of noise can be heard from condo above. Watercolor starts edging and blowing at 6:00 AM. Not a good time. Otherwise all was just perfect.

Spring Break 2024

We had a wonderful stay for our first time at Watercolor. The location was perfect with the beach club pool next door. The place was exquisite and had absolutely everything you could want! We had a wonderful week and Dean made the check-in easy. We will be back!

Amazing Place - Listing doesn't do it justice

This place is magnificent and our stay was top notch! I would highly recommend staying here to anyone and ever more so if you have kids. The location of this place was as good as it gets. The pool, beach, and shops were steps away from our door, the two balconies meant you could get sunlight any time of the day, seaside was a simple 7 minute walk away, and you get access to Camp Watercolor which had a lazy river, slides, and kids pool. The place was in tip top shape and beautiful. Dean was great about check in and made it super easy for us. The place came with just about everything you could ask for in a stay. Everyone who stayed with us enjoyed it immensely and would all recommend staying here. We talked about trying to make it an annual stay because of how great this trip was overall and how perfect the place was. If you are looking in Seaside or Watercolor - this is the place!

Great Thanksgiving Trip with Family!

My wife, four kids (13, 11, 10, 6), and I had a great stay over Thanksgiving week. The condo unit could not have been any closer to the beach and beach club of Watercolor, which the unit provides access. You also have access to Camp Watercolor and all other amenities available around the community. Dean was a gracious host providing us all info needed and flexibility as our stay arrival and departure changed a bit. He was reachable quickly by phone/text for any questions we had, but the unit itself gave us no issues during our stay. The kitchen was stocked with everything you'd need, but proximity to restaurants and delivery services were great if you don't want to cook. My family and I would highly recommend staying with Dean and this great condo in Watercolor!

Beautifully decorated & best location!

We booked this property for our fall break! From check-in to check-out, our stay was wonderful! We have stayed in the wayercolor neighborhood several times, and this location, by far, is the best we’ve ever had! There is a gorgeous view of the ocean off the master suite covered deck. The decor and style of the condo was perfect! The beds were very comfortable and my teen boy loved the bunk nook! Dean was an amazing host. We will rent here every time we return to watercolor!
