Absolutamente el mejor condominio frente al golfo en Seagrove. Sal al balcón privado y baja unos pasos hasta la arena. Esta hermosa unidad de playa, bien cuidada, tiene mucho espacio para relajarse en grupo o para disfrutar de un momento de tranquilidad mientras se pierde en la ola afuera de su ventana. ¡Este condominio viene con el Servicio de Playa de marzo a octubre que incluye 2 sillas y 1 sombrilla que un asistente de playa instala todos los días para su uso sin costo adicional!

Este es un condominio de tres camas, 3 baños, segundo piso que tiene capacidad para 8 personas. Cuenta con una espaciosa suite principal, con cómoda cama king. El lujoso baño principal en suite tiene dos lavabos, una ducha separada y una tina de jardín. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cómoda cama doble y baño privado. El tercer dormitorio tiene dos literas (1 doble sobre twin, 1 doble sobre queen). El baño está disponible directamente y también sirve como baño de invitados. La sala de estar, el comedor y la cocina están abiertos con fabulosas vistas de la hermosa Costa Esmeralda en todas partes. Este complejo está cerrado para evitar que otros apiñen el área de la playa. El complejo está convenientemente ubicado con muchas tiendas y restaurantes, pero no en el caos de todo. Si realmente está buscando una gran experiencia vacacional, no puede equivocarse.

Amazing Ocean View

Absolutely gorgeous view! Loved being steps from our private, comfortable, well appointed deck to the clean, private beach (another nice feature). Living room area, kitchen, and flooring all updated, comfortable, and appealing. Bathrooms could use a little updating. Nicely appointed bedroom furniture with plenty of storage space. Overall, very nice and enjoyable vacation rental.

We had such a great stay at this 3-bedroom ocean-view condo! The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. The condo itself was clean, spacious, and well-stocked with everything we needed. One of the best parts was the private beach access—it made it so easy to get down to the sand in just a couple of minutes. And having two beach setups included (chairs + umbrellas) was such a nice bonus. No hauling stuff back and forth! The location felt peaceful but still close to restaurants, shopping, and anything else we needed. We'd definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

I can't tell you how much we enjoyed staying at Sugar Sands. It was super clean and very well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The best part of all, though, was the view and location. You look right out onto the beautiful ocean and simply walk down one flight of stairs from the back porch to get out to the beach. While still on 30A, this is a bit quieter and separated from all the chaos of the Seaside area. You will not regret renting this! I wish we could go back!

Fabulous, spotless and the best view in the world!

We loved our stay, the home was clean, fresh and oh my gosh... that view was unbeatable. Being able to wake up to the ocean just a few yards away everyday was amazing. I will never forget the feeling of ocean view coffee, lol. Nothing else will compare. Management was very friendly, the HOA is picky about parking but management did tell us that in advance. As long as you park in your assigned spot and or in the provided garage, you will have nothing to worry about. We cannot wait to come back.

Sugar Sands Perfect Condo

The property was amazing. Location is excellent. Walk to the private beach was very easy. Umbrellas & chairs were set up at the same time daily!! Will definitely rent this property again.

We had a great time at this house and the views were amazing of the ocean! This was the first time that we have been to the beach at this time of year. It was never hot and there were no lines while we still enjoyed every afternoon in the sun on the beach!

Beautiful View - Not Baby/Toddler Friendly

We recently stayed at Sugar Sands with 4 adults and 2 kids. The view from the balcony and private parking in a garage unit were great features. The access to the beach from the balcony was a plus, so that sand did not get tracked in the unit. The things that I would keep in mind if considering booking this unit is that there are stairs to access it. It took many trips to the car and back, up and down the stairs, to carry in luggage and groceries. I wish the balcony felt a little bit more private from other units, but you give up the privacy for the direct beach access. One thing that we noticed was that the unit was not thoroughly cleaned prior to arrival. Our 10 month old, who was crawling, found multiple small toys and puzzle pieces on the floor that could have been cleaned up with a proper vacuum or broom of the area. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. One rule that we wished would have been more clear were the condo's beach rules. The rules state that no tents or canopies are allowed, however, we were not even able to set up a small pack and play for our 10 month old at the beach. I would travel to this unit again with adults, but it was not set up to be kid friendly, especially for toddlers and babies. I would recommend revising the guidelines for the rental and stating that ONLY chairs and umbrellas are allowed on the beach and absolutely no baby equipment so that other parents don't end up in our situation and have to go to a different beach spot to ensure their kids safety.

Gorgeous Views

This condo is beautiful & the large balcony was wonderful. You cannot get any closer to the beach. Stunning views from inside with all of the windows. But there were 2 issues: the toilet in the hall bathroom had dried “stuff” in it. Which was not good. The second issue was that there is a loud almost something turning on & running loudly noise 24/7. It comes on every 40 seconds & makes the sound for 10 seconds. It is very loud in the queen bedroom & the master bedroom & bathroom. Making it very difficult to sleep. Due to this I cannot give a 5 star rating.

Fabulous View

The interior is decorated lovely, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook in and nothing beats the fabulous view from the deck. Just a few steps down and you're on the beach. The host made communication very easy and check in was effortless. Thank you for letting us be your guests here!

Beach Treasure

Wow. What a great, clean, and spacious beachfront property. We were literally on the beach and could walk out the sliding glass door, then a few steps and, BAM, you are on the beach. I've rented tons of properties in teh are for decades and this was by far the cleanest, best view and best management out of them all. It is close to Seaside but quite and not inundated with all the crowds. The condition of the condo is very clean and well kept. The kitchen was overstock and literally had everything you could ever need for any kind of meal. They have 3x more kitchen items than my personal home does. Beach Luxury Vacations check in process was simple. I would definitely recommend this condo and their management to anyone for a get away.

Thank you for opening your home to us for the week -- it is absolutely beautiful, impeccably furnished, and has the most well-equipped kitchen of any rental we've ever experienced.
