The Summit boasts a prime gulf-front location on Panama City Beach, only half a mile down the road from the Signal Hill Golf Course. The grounds include two outdoor pools (with a poolside bar), a kiddie pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, tennis and shuffleboard courts, a fitness center, saunas, a game room, a picnic area with grills, and on-site dining. Within a mile, you'll find such family-friendly attractions as WonderWorks, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, and ZooWorld.

After a day spent exploring St. Andrews State Park or shopping and dining your way through Pier Park, come home to cool off in central air and marvel at the view from your balcony overlooking the gulf, the beach, and the pool deck below.

Toss the day's swimsuits in the private washer/dryer and make yourself at home in the living room, offering dual sofas and a large TV (with both cable and streaming capability). Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen and dinnertime seating at the breakfast bar and the circular table by the balcony doors. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
