Este tranquilo destino de playa es único porque solo tiene 58 unidades en total en 6 pisos. Nuestra familia ha disfrutado esta propiedad por muchos años. Descubrimos que es realmente diferente a los otros condominios que tienen más de 20 pisos y tienen cientos de unidades y miles de personas. Nuestra piscina y playa nunca está llena de toda la locura que pueda tener en el mega condominio. La edad mínima para alquilar es de 26 años. No se permiten mascotas.

Este oasis familiar está realmente orientado para que pueda tener una estadía tranquila y pacífica sin encontrarse con personas que le obliguen a vigilar todo. Reserve su estadía y reservará su regreso, estoy seguro. Hemos prestado atención a todos los detalles para que no tenga que hacerlo. Agradecemos su interés y esperamos reservar sus vacaciones pronto.

When we walked in there was blankets hanging on the bedroom and master bedroom bathroom door . the kitchen trash cans have never been washed out. the mattress on the sofa bed is awful very thin be prepared. the unit was clean. I had to fold the towels left in the dryer . Kitchen is stocked very well . If I were the owner's I would be checking on who is cleaning their unit.

Great Stay!

Great location, clean and well stocked. Beaches weren’t crowded and elevators rarely had any wait at all. Couch bed was the only negative, it was extremely thin and my daughter just slept on the couch since it was more comfy. I suggest maybe a mattress pad on top. We enjoyed our stay!

Highly recommend

Great place! Complex isn't large making it easy to get parking and the pool was never overcrowded. Our unit was clean and well stocked. Great views of the Gulf!

Beautiful!

This place is perfect! It’s very convenient, right at the beach, the condo is not busy. We went for spring break and it was just so nice and quiet! We enjoyed our stay!

Good and not so good

We arrived at the property and the check-in went smoothly. We were unable to connect to the Internet, the way that was described with the password and were unable to contact the actual host. But we got the problem resolved anyway.The unit is definitely showing a lot of wear and tear and is in need of a deep cleaning. We are not a big fan of the mirrors on the walls. In spite of that, we enjoyed our stay being in such close proximity to the beach, and the view from the balcony and the living room and kitchen area was absolutely spectacular. Also, the price was very reasonable for a condo with a view like that!

A little bit of a let down.

We stayed at this location many times in the past, not this exact unit. We thought we’d give the unit a try because the pictures of the updates made it look appealing. Upon arrival the unit seemed clean with the floors not being sandy, which is always the first thing noticed. My biggest complaint is that the mattresses were so uncomfortable that we couldn’t sleep on them as they were. I located every blanket and second comforter in the unit and put those on top of the mattress, just to make it somewhat bearable, but we would wake up with our bodies hurting from just how hard the mattress was. In addition to that, the host wasn’t helpful when made aware that the wifi password we were given wasn’t working. She reiterated what the paper on the refrigerator said, which wasn’t working. When told again that it wasn’t working, she said they could’ve told me at check in at the office. We arrived after office hours, so we had no way of connecting to the wifi which made us unable to even use our phones to make calls inside the unit or use the internet. My husband went and asked around the next day to gather information about how to connect to the wifi. The host never checked back with us about the wifi or made sure we had the information we needed. The place could use some deep cleaning and I do have pictures of problem areas. So in summary, even though I like the location of the property, I won’t be back because of our experience and mainly because of the horrible mattresses.

Great place will stay again

We have stayed at this complex many times. We love the location as it's not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of the main strip. The private beach access is amazing. It's a family oriented property which is fantastic. This particular unit was just what we were looking for. With 2 pull out couches and two Queen beds in the master our family of five was beyond comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials,and the TV options were abundant wall of us. This condo could use a little attention from whoever cleans for them. Attention to detail when cleaning a rental is a must in my mind. I did let the contact for this place know about those issues and she was very quick to respond and very accommodating. I am 100 percent willing to overlook these little things because of her communication level and response time as well as the price for what you get this location cannot be best and has quickly became one of our families favorite places to stay! We will return and I have no doubt we will be just as pleased the next time!

Great space beautiful view

Well we haven’t been on vacation to Florida since 2015 and I have to say this was the easiest check in and was very happy with the space we had. There was a few kids there but everyone was really nice! I like that it’s not a humongous building so that means less people which was a plus for me! The host was super helpful and her response time to any questions was answered almost immediately. We will be back again soon!

Filthy and fraudulent

The linens have not been changed crumbs, hair, make up and toenails in the bed along with blood stains on the sheets. Sofa beds advertised as new memory foam mattresses. That was an absolute fabrication. No memory foam, massive mattresses, and one of the sofa beds was damp and smelled of urine. Table tops had not been wiped down and carpet had not been vacuumed. Spent our entire first day cleaning, doing laundry and making beds. Manager did refund our cleaning deposit when we reached out on the first day, but when the mattress issues were discovered by messaged her and received no response

Perfect for our family of 6

The view is always beautiful. The 2 queens beds in the bedroom and the 2 pull out couches in the living room were more then enough room for us!! Our little children loved playing with the sand toys that were provided. We loved staying here.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This unit has it all. Completely updated gorgeous kitchen with all of the necessities of home. We are right on the beach. You can sit and listen to the ocean in the comfort of our condo or take a stroll down to the pool located right on the beach. We have several chairs you may use in the owners closet should you choose to go down to the beach. There is also a very nice man who rents chairs at the beach.
