Loved it!!!

It had some minor damage to it but we really enjoyed our stay here and loved the veiw!!!! It was very close to the beach. The only downside was during our week stay they changed the gate code to the beach and we were not informed so it took about a full day to get that fixed but other than that it was lovely!!

Hope for improvement next year

We love this place, stayed her for our 10th Memorial weekend in a row and will continue to. The location couldn’t be any better. There is so much room for improvement in the kitchen space. There should be pans, I’ve had to bring my own. There needs to be pot holders. There should be more utensils. Made a pasta and had to strain it in a tea pitcher. The patio furniture is garbage, broke and rusted. That is unacceptable.

Sweet condo with great beach view

Clean and comfy condo for couple or small family with direct beach view, easy first floor access as well as the beach itself. Only issue was getting the digital door lock to work upon arrival even with guest support trying to assist. Some mix-up with code info-condo name, but eventually resolved.

Not terrible, but not good either.

Loved the area and the complex, however this unit was extremely outdated. Terrible furniture and out door furniture. Bedroom was extremely hot. AC was locked at 68 degrees. Mattress was extremely uncomfortable. Sheets were dirty. WiFi did not work. Stove eyes barely worked. Coffee maker didn’t get hot. Gate code given, didn’t work. But we would stay at Nautical Watch complex again, just not this unit A2.

Bare Minimum

Loved the location. Steps to beach and pool. The unit was extremely run down and in need of major repair and upkeep. If you don’t mind a few electrical outlets hanging or missing or missing baseboards, rusted faucets, dirty walls (think frat house) you will be fine. If you think you deserve more for the money, keep looking. Too bad this app does not allow photos.

40th wedding anniversary

We had a great time, we enjoyed ourselves! We love that it’s not too busy there, and just love being right next to the ocean and being able to walk back to the room without carrying a key. The only problem we had, was that they forgot to leave our parking pass, but we did not get towed away, so it was OK. And we did not have any toilet paper when we got there. But other than that everything was great I am sure we will be back!

Property was not clean. There was poop in the toilet and trash on the floor. The shower curtain was way to big and the wall by the shower looked like it might fall at any time. Tried calling someone to come clean. After 3.5 hours of wasted vacation time, I had to go get something myself and do the cleaning.

People came into the condo without letting me know, taped down tarp and plastic and moved my things

I don't plan on coming back. The property manager did not call me informing me of this but stated that she had recently learned. No attempt to provide partial reimbursement was made for allowing contractors to come into the condo, taping things down, moving all of my belongings into the bedroom. When asked about it the most that could be said was that they didn't know the owner was going to do that though they knew someone was staying there. Also, I was told to use the deadbolt in case someone comes back. I will never come back and dont recommend it to anyone.

Condo needs work.

The good- The condo was clean and the location is great. The bad- On arrival, combination lock on door not functioning properly. Would take 4 or 5 tries for the door to unlock. Combination was 10 digits. Unreasonably long. Internet not working. A vertical blind missing on bedroom window and curtains are sheer. Anyone walking by could see into the bedroom. Called about these issues Saturday Morning. Lock and internet resolved that day. Vertical blind replaced Monday. Matress uncomfortable and squeaks terribly. One of the bar stools is broken. Wicker chair in living room is damaged. Multiple scratches and dings on walls throughout the entire condo. Patio furniture old and rusty. No remote for TV in living room. Killed a bug in the bathroom.

Not clean

The view is wonderful but that's about it. When we got there the unit had a musty smell. The carpet in the bedroom looked like it had not been vacuumed or shampooed there were spots all over the carpet. The bathroom shower curtain was dirty, huge stain above the shower head and paint/wall peeling away from the shower. The kitchen island had foot/toe prints on the front and the molding around the island looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. The smoke detector battery was hanging out in the kitchen. Every vent had mold on it. We had to wait for our parking pass to come since it was not in the unit when we arrived. I showed the person the problems but she just took a few pictures and said she would tell the owner. The next day someone came and changed out the shower curtain but that's it and she just took pictures to show to her boss regarding the housekeeping. My daughter and myself got sick from the mold.

Beautiful view

The apartment need some updates, some furniture is old, bedrrom carpet needs to be replaced. To be fair, we could see several things did get updated. But the view from the balcony is so beautiful that we did not care for the lack of updates.

Love the location

Ground floor condo, just steps to ocean. Like the East end of PCB for less traffic and congestion. Condo needs some cosmetic touch up, but was clean. Enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Location

Could not have asked for a better vacation. The condo is nice (kitchen appears recently updated- refrigerator had an ice machine - nice surprise) could use a little more TLC but any thing concerning was outweighed by the location. and the location is perfect. Right on the beach. The first day we arrived, we loaded up with beach bag, chairs, floats and we had beach cover up and beach shoes and off to the beach we went. What we realized (quickly) is all we needed were the floats. No shoes, no cover up no chairs. Just you, your float and the beautiful ocean. So relaxing! Water was perfect, beach was perfect. The condo is well stocked and we enjoyed breakfast daily on the deck - gazing at the ocean. Also just a tiny tip - pack light - a couple of swim suits and shorts/tshirts. They have a washer and dryer in the condo so we would throw a load in nightly and really needs very little of what we packed. One other tip the front door is a little tricky to lock - once closed pull door towards you and the lock will engage. TV was bit tricky too but with the view who needs TV. Overall very pleased!

Beautiful view. This is a hidden gem

I stayed here last year and did a repeat trip this year and it was beautiful both times. Everything was in working order with maybe the exception of the washer and dryer needs an updated unit. But the bathroom has been remodeled since last year and it is really nice. Everything was very clean and in order when I arrived. There is nothing like opening up the front door and being able to see all the way through the patio door to the ocean as soon as you walk in. If I plan another trip to Panama City I will definitely try to get this unit again.

Very relaxing

Loved the stay. Will be staying here again. Would have given a 5 if they had another chair to sit on in the living room. Loved the location and how easy it was to get to the beach.
