Sea Rose - Located in Southampton Village, you'll find this completely renovated fully equipped home featuring a gorgeous Pool House/Guest Cottage. Upon entering you'll find the main living area offers an open floor plan with a dining area, living room, mud room, full bath, and a true gourmet, fully appointed custom kitchen with stainless steel appliances & plenty of room for entertaining. Wall of glass sliders facing deck and pool provides tons of sunlight. The second floor is complete with three bedrooms all with en-suite baths. The primary bathroom has a relaxing soaking tub in addition to its custom shower. The lower level offers the ideal getaway with a flex bedroom/den/media room with a queen size bed, pull-out couch, Peloton and full bath. Outdoor amenities include an in-ground heated gunite pool, a large detached Pool House/Guest Cottage with queen size bed. full bath, sauna, steam shower, outdoor shower and ample landscape screening for privacy. Walk to world famous Tate’s Bake Shop and town, bike to beach!

For the 2nd consecutive summer Michael and Julie were the perfect hosts. Our family loved the pool, the pool house, the yard and the beautiful home. We can’t wait to return again soon.

Wonderful stay at this beautiful house. The home has beautiful grounds and pool and is incredibly well appointed for all of your wifi, power, cooking and recreational needs. Everything is new and fresh and clean. Owner was extremely helpful and a genuine pleasure to deal with.

This was by far the nicest rental property we have ever stayed at! It was clean, comfortable, and we loved how private the backyard was. We also loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom! It was a quick walk or uber into town, which had great restaurants and shopping. Michael and Julie were friendly and quick to communicate, and even left us a lovely cheese tray and waters upon or arrival. Thank you so much, for sharing your lovely home with us!

Perfect house

This house is absolutely perfect! We had a great stay here for a long weekend. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you’d need. Communication with owner was prompt and clear. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Perfect Southampton Home

This was the first rental property I have ever stayed in that I needed to second and triple check that I hadn't inadvertantly walked into the wrong address. The amenities and quality of items in the house made it feel like a home, not just a house. Michael and Julie were incredible and responded to us so promptly with any and all questions. We would definetly stay here again!

Had a lovely stay here with my fiancé and both our parents. House was beautiful & it was great that we all had our own en-suite bathrooms. Walked every morning to “The Golden Pear” our favorite breakfast spot in town. Michael was a excellent host and we will definitely be booking this house again next year.

Modern. Immaculate. Perfectly outfitted kitchen, grill setup, outdoor furniture, dining tables. New gunite pool set at perfect temperature. Multiple tv's. Amazing experience in the Hamptons

We chose the perfect home for a girls weekend. The house was well appointed with absolutely everything we needed—and more. Michael was an amazing host! He responded quickly to our questions and accommodated all our requests. We were even welcomed with a delicious cheese platter. We will definitely book again—and again.

Fantastic home!

Michael and Julie were lovely hosts! They were always available if we needed anything, and did everything possible to make us feel at home during our extended stay. The house itself was perfect for myself and my colleagues as we all had our own rooms/bathrooms and privacy. The pool and common areas were very well maintained and was a nice relaxing area to hangout together. And not to mention the location - so perfect! You could easily walk downtown and the beach was just a short drive away. Would absolute stay again - highly recommend!

Perfect weekend stay

A small group of girlfriends and I stayed at this property for a long weekend getaway. We could not have asked for more! The property is absolutely beautiful. We walked from the train station to the house and to and from town several times. The pool was warm and welcoming. The rooms (each with its own bathroom!) were spread out so we each had plenty of space. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and made us wish we had planned more meals at home. Michael was a pleasure to communicate with and made sure we had a perfect stay. We were even welcomed with a lovely note and cheese plate. I highly recommend and would absolutely book this home again.
